Very long working hours 14 - 24 possibly daily
Low number of employees this makes you work further and longer No support from anyone in company
No fuel cards Vans often run short of fuel and are left stranded on road sides and in fuel stations waiting
No proper parking set up and engineers are left to pay in hope to get paid back
No real breakdown for vehicles and once again your left to pay and hopefully get paid back
Even managers are owned money
Equipment is mostly stolen (so hear say goes ) and bought by company and very thin on the ground and in bad condition They push for reviews to build a false reputation via customers
People (staff) are slightly high turnover
Yet bosses etc drive around in new high end vehicles
Avoid this company as a employee and also customer No refunds given and safety is low on the ground Daily confusion in office and jobs are not planned correctly and processed for payment on occasions
