I thought I had a good deal, until after a couple of months they put the prices up by nearly 30% and blamed RPI increase.
Do not be fooled by this company, they sell you on one price, then increase after you have signed the contract and the cooling off period is over.
Thankfully, I did not commit and put all my business needs with them at once. I am now shopping around for a more trustworthy company.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been extremely poor from start to finish.
We engaged ICE Comms as a broker for our mobile services. On 2 February, I received written confirmation from their billing team that a buyout had been authorised and that a full refund would be arranged following the February invoice.
That refund has still not been paid.
Since then:
Multiple follow-ups have been made
Communication has been inconsistent or non-existent
Different departments have provided contradictory information (refund vs credit)
A formal complaint has been raised
A termination notice has been issued
Despite all of this, there has been no meaningful response and no resolution.
What is particularly concerning is that:
Invoices continue to be issued without issue
Yet an agreed refund (over £2,000) has not been actioned for over 6 weeks
This is not just poor service — it is a failure to honour a written commitment and a breakdown in basic account management.
As a result, we have:
Terminated the contract due to breach
Initiated formal recovery action
Escalated the matter externally
If this is how the relationship starts, I would strongly advise any business to proceed with caution.
Edit: All I have done chase, with not just complaints team, but all parties at ICE!

I had a very disappointing experience with ICE Communications. They made promises before I signed the contract, but once I started receiving invoices, the charges were different and higher than expected.
On top of that, their business partner that supplies the SIM cards also sent separate invoices, meaning I was effectively charged by two companies for what should have been the same service.
They also promised discounts that were never applied. Overall, the service and communication were poor, and I felt misled.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with them, as well as with Vodafone, due to similar concerns about customer service.

The whole experience with Ice Comms has been one disappointment after another. Our numbers weren’t ported, which left us with no mobile phones for one week, we were told we would be compensated… still waiting for this to happen. One of our numbers which was on a SIM only contract, which we no longer need, was not included in the contract payout, even though I had explained the situation with this number several times. I stated we needed it to be cancelled, at no time was I told this would not be possible. So we still have a contract with our old supplier, as Ice Comms say they can’t do anything about this. On our first direct debit payment it was £90 more than expected due to documents, this was not disclosed… though I’m sure it’s probably in the small print. Also we pay our bill at the beginning of the month, then Ice Comms reimburse at the end of the month, apparently, again this wasn’t disclosed during any discussion/conversation prior to agreeing our contract. You have to pay any contract cancellation/buy out fees, then Ice Comms reimburse you, again not disclosed, and I had to chase up payment as it was not paid when we were told it would be paid. We are still only a couple of months in with Ice Comms, so we’re just waiting for the next nasty surprise, I’m sure there will be more. The only positive I can say is that when I have needed to speak to someone, which has been often, they’re always pleasant and do their best to help, unfortunately this hasn’t been enough. We have had to send the same email a couple of times before receiving a response. All in all, regret changing suppliers and we feel that Ice Comms should be far more upfront and transparent regarding how they operate… very disappointing and frustrating.
