Just to clarify one thing - the item you purchased is a CZ (Cubic Zirconia) piece. While CZ is a great-looking stone, it will not pass a diamond tester the way Moissanite does. That’s why your piece is not testing positive on a diamond tester.
Our Moissanite jewelry is different - Moissanite stones are designed to pass standard diamond testers, and all Moissanite pieces we sell will do so.

The product was exactly how it was described and my Jewelry was just as vibrant as the picture and videos showed. Need a better way to be able to receive package we have to sign for tho if no one is home that was my only thing I had issue with but resolved very quickly on the problem. Definitely would buy again
