'll start by saying I actually withdrew from this casino. The only positive of this casino is they have codes you can use for minimum deposits ( such as 15,20, 30 ) and negative is a max cash out. This caters to lower bet players such as 500,600, sometimes up to 1000. They are absolutely trash though with their own ones they have such as max cash out x3 from deposit ( meaning you put in 45$, you recieve 45, have to wager 45$ x 40 which is almost 2000$, and you can only recieve 135$. Total scam.

Not only this, but if you do manage to cash out, it will stay on the account for several days. A legit casino will take the money right away so the player isn't tempted to play it out, not only this, but if you do manage to win above 500 they will take seperate payments. Imagine if you took out something meaningful?

Speaking about codes, if you do manage to take money out they limit your account from activating codes. I could activate a code and all of a sudden now it just says you cannot activate bonuses ( regardless of what it is, nothing works )

First of all it is a legit Casino, tho alot state it is not.
I have deposited 1000 and won total 2350 and got all my money out within 3 working days, even tho support told me it would take up to 7 days due to my country and bank card.

But what i dont like is that i deposit 1000 and wanted to cashout at 1400. but they said i should play for 800 more or they would take 20% of my cashout, which make no sense as i did not accept any bonus, just inserted my money. However its their policy and i could just have been reading the rules/terms before i started.

So to sum up- its a legit business, but moral wise it might not be the best, however you can just read the terms befor playing or play on othersides if you dont like the terms, but payout they do.

Point one - I deposited 500 first day and won in a slot total amount 40000 . But ice casino said if you withdraw more than 20× of your deposit it will take a month to recieve your money to your bank account.

Point two - their Withdraw Terms and conditions says if are kyc verified user then your withdraw will take 5 minutes to _12 hours maximum for withdrawal received to your bank.

Point three - so in that case I deposited more 1500 so the total amount of deposit will be 500+1500 = 2000. So according to the rule i can withdraw 2000×20 = 40000 . But when i deposited 1500 to make total amount of deposit they stucked my deposit i have all the proof but they didn't credited my deposit. Whenever I contacted with support they are sending me a copy paste paragraph that we have sent your problem to the department they will solve your issue. It's been now 24 hours and still they didn't solve my issue.

This will be very helpfull for me if trustpilot help me with this

I tried icecasino because I saw a dude play slots on tiktok live and he had a promo code. I had played it through the minimum requirements so I could withdraw my money. I tried withdrawing the 188$ I had won. They rejected it and said they needed KYC (verification) my driving license, my bank card, my passport and all that. The 188$ was still in the account and I actually managed to get it to 670$ by playing Sweet Bonanza Xmas, the normal one and Gates of Oplympus. When I tried withdrawing this ammount it got rejected again although my KYC(verification) went through. I asked them why they rejected it and they said they needed a new KYC(verification). I thought ''well that is strange because you sent me an email saying the KYC was accepted but yea okay...'' so I had to send the documents again and I made a new withdrawal.. Now they have blocked my account and the only way to get in touch with them is on live chat. If you send an email you will not get a response. I cant send them a message on live chat, because I cant log in to my account because it is blocked. Never ever use this site. I have also sent them an email regarding I am pressing charges.
