This is the best screen recorder in the market! I have been using it since 2019 and since then, my screen recording experience was better and simple!!! The customer service team is also exceptional! I highly recommend!

We installed a new laptop and lost our data and codes. Icecream helped us very quick with all the license codes, so that we could continue in a very smooth way.

The pdf editor is great and I use it almost daily but what's also as equally important, is the staff that work there are fantastic.
They're so quick to respond to any questions or queries. I needed my editor to be switched over to a new PC and they got me back up and running again so quickly.

Great app for the desktop. Converts pdf to word easily. Great customer service! I would try out the other apps as well.

Excellent and fast service. I had to reformat my hardisk and reinstall all my software due to data corruption and the license key did not work. The support helped me reset and it worked.

IF you value your TIME, MONEY, AND MIND, DO NOT fall for this Icecream Apps Slide Show Maker. Not everything that shines is gold. This product is rusted metal at best.

I had a techy person helping me to create a slideshow for my son's 18th birthday. He searched onliine and suggested this product.

I purchased the $20 Pro for a year. After almost completing the slide show, the website glitched and we lost EVERYTHING. They DO NOT have a SAVE option on this product. Did you hear what I said?????

Since I really wanted a slide show for my son's birthday, and I had already paid for this, we started over. Again, the same thing happened almost at the end, it glitched and we lost everything. There's NO SAVE Button.

I'm embarrassed to say that we tried a THIRD time, and it glitched again. I could feel my blood pressure rising. We spent literally all day trying to do this.

I called the company asking for a refund and they said that they would make a report and that someone would contact me via email.

They emailed me the next day and asked me all kinds of technical questions that I didn't even understand.

I explained everything in detail and they kept gaslighting and confusing me to frustrate me all over again. They refused to give me back my money.

So all I can do now is warn you about it. Yes, it looks lovely online, but it's hell in real life. I would have paid more than $20 to not go through the disappointment and stress that I experienced that day.

Buy this product only if you want to have a mental breakdown.

Great support 2 years after my order helped me reset keys for new laptop and explained which products would require new keys if I wanted the latest version or provided download links to the old versions I had. great supper quick

Great app, and great customer service. When I needed help they quickly responded and helped me fix the issue, and now I can use the program to the fullest like I used to, and I'm grateful for that. The app always has been great to use, and I'm glad that the customer service was just as great as well.

I've been using Recorder for a while now and have always found it to be an excellent, easy to use product. It does what it says it does without mucking you around. Today though, I got a new PC and it didn't occur to me that I would need to deactivate the license on the old install in order to put the license key into the new install. I reached out to customer service via the support email address that was in my license key confirmation email and they had it sorted out within 24hrs (impressive given the likely extreme time zone difference)
