Ice London made me feel good about going thru them they were professional quick to reply back and the quality of the pieces are amazing they don’t cut any corners !

The 15mm moissanite chain and 12mm mossanite bracelet that I purchased came out good. The diamonds and the gold are very detailed. They did a great job manufacturing and designing both items.

Honestly, there’s nothing less than 5 stars to give, and would be 6 stars if possible.
When I got the pieces bought I couldn’t stop admiring, looking and wearing them.

One can easily tell and see the quality speaks for itself. I have bought a lot of pieces for years and I can categorically say these were one of the best. Only thing I can say is that we need more pieces available to purchase from.

Great service very rapid with email response and good quality within the items

I made a 60% deposit for a custom pendant I had been discussing with Mo (CEO of Iced London) via email. I made the deposit and confirmed if he got it via email. Mo confirmed he got it and then told me I had to pay the additional 40% upfront via PayPal Friends & Family or they would not create my custom pendant. I told them I would not be doing that and maybe consider it at a later time and asked for a refund. That was the last I heard from Mo and Iced London. Instead of making my pendant or refunding my money, Mo uploads a tracking number a day after telling me my custom would not be made if the remaining 40% was not paid upfront. Iced London states they take 4-6 weeks to make custom pendants. How did I pay the 60% deposit on 12/25/23 and you sent me something via FedEx 12/26/23!? On top of the fact they said they would not make the pendant until everything was paid upfront. Iced London clearly tried to scam me by sending something random in the mail just so the tracking can say delivered. They tried to use the PayPal grey area where buyers are not protected on custom orders. As long as any custom order paid via PayPal shows as being delivered the buyer is not protected and the seller will win any dispute made via PayPal. Luckily I was aware of all PayPal rules and regulations and did not accept delivery of the package. The package was sent back to Iced London by FedEx and now I am waiting for PayPal to process a refund. I would not do business with Iced London! Once they get your money they will ignore you like you can't see they're active on their Instagram posting new products and replying to comments. I emailed, DM'd and even texted them multiple times. No way they did not see any of those. They just chose to ignore me and try to take my money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ICED LONDON!!! They're are plenty of other companies out there.

Alll my orders have been a blessing because they was guaranteed exactly what i wanted never have iced london failed me my last recent purchase was cuban bracelet then im going for cuban chain next but if you want quality go with iced london they are the best no competition beats them I applaud you guys for your buissness and product

Ordered a custom pendant and it was absolutely amazing! Took about 5-6 weeks to get but that was expected per the shipping description on custom products But I’m pretty satisfied. Definitely a returning customer

I was in the market for jewelry and I came across Iced London. I was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite designs and the impeccable customer service. The website showcased a variety of innovative bespoke designs blending culture and beautiful presentation. The attentive and knowledgeable staff ( Faris ) ensured that my one of one bespoke design would be a memorable one. During the beginning stages Faris did great job by providing excellent recommendations and customer service ensuring my satisfaction. It took about a month to receive my product but I was blown away. The cad design had nothing on the real thing. I can’t recommend Iced London enough for a fantastic experience and amazing jewelry

Placed order, order confirmed etc. 5 week lead time to delivery for a solid gold chain. Emailed with some questions day after the order, get standard we will respond in 24 hours automated message. Nothing. Emailed a couple of days later. Nothing. Same couple of days later, I try again, nothing. Leave it for a while, try again, nothing. The weeks pass, decide to message via Instagram. Nothing. Leave a comment on a post, comment gets deleted and they message asking for the order number. Finally! But, provide that and no further response despite a couple more messages asking for any response. Leave another comment on a post, they delete that. 5 weeks pass, send a complaint email and nothing. Raise a case via PayPal, uploaded all evidence, refund received. 5 weeks wasted. Dreadful. No intention of fulfillment, zero customer service. Zero respect to a customer, even if the order couldn't be fulfilled, just awful treatment. No telephone number to call them. Address is just a registered location to cover HMRC requirements. Steer clear. Take your time and money to an organisation. This place isn't one, because to be an organisation, you need to have some.
