WARNING - Can't be trusted

WARNING! Booked ice two week ahead of a party and got an order confirmation on e-mail. Delivery was supose to happen on the day of the party. Heard nothing from them until I called them on the day of the party when they had not shown up in time.

Arorgant guy answered that I had ordered ice that was out of stock. He claims there was some kind of sign on their webpage that the ICE was out of stock. But the order went through, they processed the payment and sent a confirmation anyway.

I ask him how we can solve this, since my guests were arriving in 2h and he just says he did not have time to look into it now and that he would get back to me.

Big warning! Don't buy from these guys if you want to be sure to get your ice delivered as agreed.

Hi Joakim,

It's unfortunate that you missed all information regarding the full booking.
On the product, it was clearly stated in large text: “NOTE: This product cannot be booked for delivery or pickup with us before June 17th due to full booking. Any booking made for this product before June 17th will not be fulfilled.” The reason why the product is buyable is for customers who want to book the ice after June 17th.

You chose to proceed with an order anyway for June 15th.
You placed the order on June 7th at 23:49 and we canceled the order at 00:02. Confirmation of the canceled order was sent by email. We have tried to reach you by phone without success. The reserved amount for the order was refunded shortly after the order was canceled.

Great service

Great service! The ice was delivered at the time we agreed on and it was still frozen unlike deliveries from other companies. I will definetly recommend these guys when friends are throwing parties.
