Communication Lacking
After placing my order, I received an order confirmation, but no more communication about order status after that. No notice that it was shipped or delivered. No ability to track package. As it was delivered to a neighbor's house, that is a problem.

Excellent customer service
I can honestly say I never got such prompt and thorough responses to my emails and concerns about a defective filter. Aurora answered my emails right away and offered me a new filter or my money back.. I couldn’t be happier with this company and with Aurora.
Overall fine job
It took some time to get back to me. I had to replace both my PPC and RO filter for tankless filtration system. I was unable to get it to reset. I did finally get information to reset and was glad that it worked. I first contacted customer service on 10/9/2025. On 10/15/2025, I received a response which did not work. Same day, I responded back with both an email and a video of me doing the steps. On 10/17 and 10/20 requested a response. On 10/21/25, I received a response back to reset the whole system, and this worked. I was glad to get a response back, and to get the issue resolved, but it did take almost two weeks to do so.
Great products with great customer service
The filters are entirely compatible with my refrigerator, but when I ordered the wrong item and the Amazon return period lapsed, Aurora of ICEPURE facilitated the return process anyway. They were responsive throughout and ensured that I got my money back ASAP.

It took them a while to respond back to me after several attempts on my part of going to their website and leaving them several messages. Finally someone responded back to me letting me know that they would get back to me when they came back from a training. The person that helped me also sent me another water filter for the whirpool fridge

Ordered a key to reset the positioning of my water filter in my LG fridge and it works flawlessly!! This was a big deal because all the filters I bought wouldn't fit and didn't come with a key, in came ICEPURE to the rescue! Thanks so much for the constant communication and excellent service

I brought a countertop ice and water machine a few years ago. Everything was working fine until now. I have been dealing with an issue with my Icepure counter top ice, water machine since last Sunday, October 5, 2025. I have emailed over 6 times with any help at all. I’m constantly getting asked questions about what’s wrong. I have informed them numerous of times what is wrong, sent pictures, videos and given them everything that was requested by me. I have even asked for someone to call me with my phone number attached. I’m still not getting any help. I just sent an email to the corporate/ headquarters as of yesterday. I’m waiting on a response. The reason I would not buy anything else from Icepure again is customer service/Technical Support. If something goes wrong, good luck in trying to get it fixed.

**UPDATE**
The company was not pleased to see my review and stated I would receive a refund but ONLY AFTER I remove my review. I replied back stating I would NOT remove the review prior to receiving the refund as I have done so in the past and been scammed. The company went back and forth with me multiple times telling me to remove my review or else I would not get thr refund. As such, I have NOT received the refund and I will NOT be removing the review now.
I purchased the "5-In-1 Bottom Loading Water Cooler Water Dispenser with Crushed & Chewable Ice Maker, Child Safety Lock Inset" on 12December2024. A month went by without any tracking information, so I emailed asking for an update on shipping. I received a response with tracking on 15January2025. The Water Cooler was delivered 19January2025 (over a month later) with a broken door latch. I emailed again asking for a replacement latch to fix the Water Cooler. I received the replacement part a week later, fixed it and started using my machine. Barely seven months go by (28August2025) and the Water Cooler stopped making ice and putting out cold water. I emailed the company again advising I had completed all troubleshooting per the manual and asked what my next steps were. I was emailed back promptly asking for videos of the machine in operation so 'they' could "accurately identify the problem". {Not sure how a video could show that cold water was not being put out or ice being made} but I sent multiple videos and pictures showing everything I could. I was emailed back and advised to troubleshoot more (processes I had completed multiple times). To no avail. After multiple emails back and forth over the course of two weeks, I was advised the issue was the compressor and "unfortunately, this would require a professional to replace the compressor, but at the moment that isn't possible. Since the machine has already been in use for over eight months, I'm very sorry that we're unable to offer a full refund." However, to thank me for my continued support and patience they would send me a new machine if I paid an additional $80. I responded on 11September2025 advising the machine was faulty within the first SEVEN months of use at no fault of my own and that I did not deem it appropriate that I pay any additional funds. And that I would gladly accept a replacement (with shipping the faulty machine back to the company) or a full refund. I have not heard back. Today is 20September2025. Almost a week and a half later and still no resolution or working machine. I will not be doing business with this company going forward.

Customer Service and Iris to the Rescue
I made a mistake in ordering the right filters for my UTR400 RO filter device and reached out to Ice Pure’s Customer Service. Iris responded in a timely manner. She was very responsive to my dilemma. Very much appreciated her understanding of the error and took action to correct the order to the appropriate replacement filters. When they became available she notified me of the refund I had coming AND gave me the shipping numbers for overnighting the filters to me. Thank you Ice pure and IRIS!

I bought this filter to remove bad…
I bought this filter to remove bad smell from my drinking water. Before ICEPURE, I tried other brands and there filters last just a couple of weeks. So far this one has been outperforming all the others. I recommend.
Water filter reset tools didn't work
The LG water filter reset tools did not work. I tried contacting the company via email before I wrote a review but never heard back. I was hoping to resolve the issue or return the keys and get a refund.

I live in Mission Viejo, California.
I have very high calcium and mineral deposits in my water from the Moulton Niguel Water District. I have a one year old LG refrigerator with a LG water filter inside the fridge. I was getting white residue in my ice cubes so I bought and installed your unit. It has made very little difference in the ice and water. It still has white particles in every piece of ice and leaves a residue wherever it's water sits. I'm very disappointed.
I use a GE two filter system on my sink water and it works fine in eliminating deposits. I don't understand why your system doesn't work.
