I really like the C.K. tee shirt. My only recommendation is that you fix the description to make sure it matches the picture. I emailed customer service and they got back to me and assured me everything was ok. Other than that, I like the product and the quality of the tee shirt. Great job!

I really liked the merchandise on the website and that is why I initially went to it. However my card has been charged and I still have no package that has arrived to my doorstep. On top of that I have reached out and emailed information to the company about it and no response. Not sure what my next move is going to be and I'm not happy that I have not heard from anybody and still no merchandise.

Trying to order a specific sweatshirt "January Girl" for my daughter. As I clicked on specifics, Sweatshirt, size etc. The wrong item/picture would show... I was ordering a sweatshirt but picture was showing a Tank top. Very frustrating...I emailed the "help" dept to ask if the Sweatshirt was out of stock, and they stated "no". I was informed to complete the order on line and correct item would be mailed. I took a chance, and did receive the correct product. Very frustrating...

I received my T shirt within a fair time, however, when I washed it the emblem faded terribly. I emailed and received an answer the next day that they would replace my T shirt. I received it yesterday. I really appreciate their integrity!
