Great Service I ordered a Lon Lon Ranch keychain from Ichiba Japan and arrived 10 days later as I chose basic shipping they provided me a link to the Japan post website once the package was sent and when it arrived in the UK I received a message from Royal Mail to say that that it would be delivered

My items never arrived.

Ordered a figure from Ichiba, was a bit hesitant at first as I've never ordered from this business before but after seeing the good score, my doubts went away. Package arrived without any damage albiet it took a bit longer as it was stuck in customs for a week. Good first experience buying from here.

I paid the “skip the Que “ fee and express shipping in the hope that my son’s Guzzlord plush would arrive to Australia in time and it was shipped super fast and arrived just in time. Will definitely purchase from Ichiba again!

Overall good quality product. However I did pay extra for the product to be deliver within 7 days but when I got it it was 8-9 days later. I understand there were delays when reaching England but I tracked it everyday and it just stayed in Japan until the day before. Wasn’t amused.

First place I shop for Japanese toys. Great selection of Nintendo + Pokemon I can't find in the US. High quality, fast shipping, overall great experience.
