I requested a one time premium paying policy but instead was issued a regular premium paying policy by Shivam & Vaibhav
Even I received conflicting & misleading information from senior management Ms Sakshi ,Mr.Aditya Soni,Ms Nirali & Mr.Rehan.
Initially they told Shivam & Vaibhav not their employee but later told they were their employee & both of them left the business.
Even Mr Aditya Soni told ,there were some more incident similar to my case.
I have escalated to GRO ,secretary & top management but no satisfactory answers.
Icici prudential top management sharing wrong information .
I caution others not to trust them due to these practises.

Scam company. Customer servi e is a joke and very unprofessional. They will find out a reason to reject your claim. Wont even provide any proof of their assessment or listen to customer's doctor report.

Poor service by this bank as IRDA should revoke their license of insurance policies as they play with the people and their money and doesn’t work in the interest of Indian people but play with their emotions. Why not IRDA look and check ICICI and its work ethics. It certainly won’t qualify on any marks of good faith of its customers who believe in it and put their hard earned money believing that in case of any emergency my family would be helped but it seems like IRDA and its officers are sleeping and doesn’t monitor the work ethics and their duty to check the values this icici pru life work on. Had put my term insurance premium twice by mistake and they are now not even in a mood to refund my one of the extra premium I paid extra by mistake and it’s been a while and they are asking so many documents. Why don’t they simply put the money back to its original method of payment rather than dragging it forever and making customers suffer having an account with this bank or having any policies. I am not sure what other bank I could have gone. Surely IRDA and its officers are sleeping and that’s the reason Indian banks are completely incompetent and careless. Wish we had better monitoring like they do in foreign nations as I live in uk and customers interest are on hugest priority here while Indian banks such as icici doesn’t even care and aren’t even bothered. Poor ICICI bank and IRDA both.

Worst customer service, you can never get any representative on phone and they take a week to respond to the email. I have query on my policy for more than a month, they responds once a week and none of these emails or productive or answer your query.

They talk nice till your enroll in the policy, once we are done will see the true colors.

Never buy a policies from icici. Their customer service is very rude and they take more than a week to address any concerns.

Their policies look flashy and attractive however they are designed to lock you for 12 years with no way to exit .

I bought the policy in good faith from an agent however agent was more interested in his commission rather than service

n July 24 I got a call from ICICI Pru agent giving me details on policy called "Suraksha". I currently have 3 signature policy which I am very happy with so I went on to understand the benefits of this Policy. I was happy with what I was told and because of past experience with ICICI Pru I agreed and signed up for 2 Policies one for me and other for my wife. Post this while I was talking to my friend about Suraksha policy and was telling him the benefit, to my surprise he said all the benefits mentioned were wrong, so I went back to my policy document only to find out that my friend was right and I was duped. I had all the whatsapp chat with me where the agent had confirmed on the benefits, so I raise a complaint to GRO, attached all the chat as evidence. again to my surprise GRO responds that since I have signed all the documents nothing can be done now. also if I wish to discontinue I wont get any refund nor any portion of my premium paid. I expected ICICI Pru to be more considerate specially when all evidence says this was a sale based on misinformation. in reality how many people read word by word of documents before signing, specially when it runs in to huge number of pages?. Also what about the trust part, was it wrong to trust a so called reputed company like ICICI Pru?

I am still fighting my case, but want to caution you all DONT TRUST ICICI PRU AGENTS. If it had not been for the guideline I would have named and shamed the agent and her manager who did this.

Rishi from bengal bought ICICI Pru Life in 2019 for 1 CR life cover in 5 years payment terms, in the begining company didnt ask for medical and after paying 90% payment, they will find reason to decline policy, I dont know how but my autopayment of monthly premium of lst 4.5 years they disable and automaticaly lapse the policy and ask to do medical, 99% medical is good but they will find small reason and rejected the policy and didnt return the money paid for policy. Thus, for me its big time fraud and cheating game, in the begining they will allow policy and take 90% money after that they will scam and reject the policy and doesnt return money, This is happening in republic India and nobody is doing anything, Please dont ever thing to buy ICICI Life insurance policy as their customer care has no power and ask you to write email but they have pathetic customer care who replies after 7 days with copy paste same format, nobody reads email and care customer.

I was sold a policy that I never needed it. I was sold one policy but was actually sent the document for something else. This is annoying and atrocious. Pl don't buy any life policy from ICICI

I was approached by the sales person from iciciprulife agent who visit my property in India and sold me a policy and the policy document was sent to the UK address and he sold it to me and my husband he said that I can withdraw it after a ear without loosing anything and when I want to withdrew the whole amount of June and my husband's they said I will loose so much ii was missold also did not advised me that this would happen in the first-time also bythe Time I went UK I read the document which they sent I To was too late I am no They miss informed me very bad service I have been trying to contact them but no resolution at all I advise everyone not to believe in them at all all I want is to have all my money without loosing anything

Iam kotti satish who has taken policy name - icici pru assured savings insurance plan on 7th October and till now Application is not submitted properly.
I stay in hyderabad and because of Corona I cannot come to vijayawada for any document submission. Please let me know what documents I need to send so that i can send th scanned copies to your email . Its 2 weeks with no policy generated . I believe this not the way any organization should work.
