The only reason why I give 4 stars instead of 5 is, that I was a little bit shocked about all the plastic bags.
I orderd 4 pieces, and every piece was in a seperate plastic back.
I really wish, that you will find a solution, that you can reduce the plastic bags.
For 1 order 1 bag would be enough.

I bought three different tights, in three dark colors. I loved the feel of the fabric and the style. I even decided to size up from my usual size to have a more relaxed fit. Sadly all three tights are see through on the bum. It is shocking to me that all three pairs are completely see through.

A cheating company!
Returned items worth 500+ DKK on December 5th, 2025 and still no refund. Budbee sends me back to the company, and the company keeps giving conflicting answers. It direct me to Klarna that claims that they have no responsibility for refund since I did not pay via Klarna. No refund, no accountability. Extremely unprofessional, a total Fraud company!! Never buying anything from this company AGAIN!

This is a horrible company. First, my package went to Estonia, then UPS brought it to the right city but would not deliver to a DHL Packstation. Both emails I have sent to customer service have told me that I had to handle it—-that ICANIWILL can’t and won’t. UPS will not let me change the delivery location because I am not the company that hired them. My daughter will not receive her Christmas gift on time. I will never do business with this company again.

I was disappointed with my recent…
I was disappointed with my recent order. The delivery time was already much longer than expected, and after that I received a message saying that some items would not be delivered, but without any clear information about which items were missing. There was also no packing slip or return form included in the package. A friend of mine placed the same order and experienced the same issue with missing items, yet she received a 20% discount voucher while I did not. Overall, the service felt inconsistent and unhelpful.
