They do not reply to ANY emails because the email addresses are fake. There website does not exist.
I hate these scams!

Looks like I am another one that ordered shoes thinking they were in Sydney but then realise they where is China. Extremally small sizing I ordered an 8 and lucky to fit 6. I asked for a refund but was advised I had to send to shoes back to China .

I placed an order for shoes over 2 months ago, have been chasing them up every other week. To start with I did get a reply, but the last two emails nothing.

I have just read some of the reviews, and completely agree with some of them. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE ITS A SCAM

Purchase shoes thought they came from Sydney took a month to get delivered sizing is incorrect ordered 8.5 lucky if they fit a size 6 can’t return as can’t contact anyone complete wast of money

I ordered shoes thinking it was a Sydney based company, then discovered they were coming from China. The shoes arrived 4 weeks later. The shoes are of a poor quality they are the wrong size, no sizing or label on the shoes. I cannot contact the company the email given is not receiving emails or does not exist.

My mum purchased 5 pairs 🥺 about 2 months ago. Nothing has turned up. Really upset for her as only purchased because it said Sydney. Very disappointed!!! Disgusting ripping people off. Have emailed a few times with no reply.

UPDATE ** I'm amazed and happy to report that the shoes actually turned up.
Looks like Ive been scammed like everyone else here. Ordered from a facebook ad, got a tracking number which shows departing Shanghai and nothing since then, that was over four weeks ago. Email bounces back.
If I could give negative or no stars I would!

6 weeks no shoes scam do not give these beggers your hard earned money...like the others got a tracking number...what a load of BS and now the email does not work...

Do not purchase! 5 weeks since my sale went through. Email acknowledgement received on the day but no product has arrived. Tracking details show Shanghai origin. No response to two emails sent asking after the shoes. Tracking details state in transit and have have done for 4 and a half weeks.

Similar experiences to the others. Obviously a scam. Wish I’d read this site first. Ordered shoes 3 weeks ago, still haven’t arrived. No email replies, tracking number with Australia post doesn’t match. Reckon I’ve lost $60 in shoes. This company shouldn’t be allowed to exist.

Terrible product! Wish i had read reviews as I am sure I have been scammed. Shoes are very poor quality and not the right size. I have emailed company with no reply. No invoice in the package. I guess I have just wasted $60!

They offered 40% refund to keep product otherwise shipping back to China at my expense. I ordered because it said “ icon, Sydney”
Completely misleading

Unfortunately I did not realise the shoes had to be returned to China if not suitable. It is extremely misleading offering free worldwide shipping.
There was no invoice included to verify purchase to include with the unsuitable order. The sizing is very inaccurate. Very bad experience!

Paid for shoes online through targeted sponsored ad on Facebook. No invoice, no confirmation but money has been taken from bank account. 10 days later received email stating delays due to Covid. No response to emails sent, blocked from commenting on Facebook. Company address in Utrecht looks like a storage facility. All the signs of a scam. Buyer beware. By Sydney or Icon Sydney....also By Montreal, By London etc....
