Icona of Sweden - don't buy
Pretty bad business model - I returned a blazer that was too small back in December 2017(their sizing is wrong, and the material not that good). The parcel got lost on its way to Icona's address, or no one was there to pick it up apparently. When I contacted Icona to tell them that the parcel got lost on its way to their offices and that I was dealing with Royal Mail to recover it, they said that they will assist me with the return arranging a courier once the blazer got back to me again. Now in April 2018 the lost blazer finally got back to me in the UK via Royal Mail and now I am trying to contact Icona to return it as agreed in their previous e-mails (I don't want the blazer, I want my money back). I have sent them 3 e-mails and no response. No other way to contact them, no way to leave a review in their facebook page. I feel cheated.
