Iconic Puzzles are amazing. Not only are they beautiful but the cutout designs are just as pretty and so intricate. We have a beautiful flower puzzle and Univ of Tennessee puzzle so far. Cant wait to buy another one.

Great quality puzzles and a really enjoyable experience overall. The pieces felt sturdy and the image is sharp. It was challenging enough to stay interested without being frustrating. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived in great condition. Would definitely buy from them again and recommend to other puzzle lovers

I ordered the Iconic Puzzle of Manchester City. My son absolutely loved it! He couldn’t wait to put it together! The unique pieces of the players made this puzzle so special. We loved checking each one out and fitting it all together. I would definitely recommend Iconic Puzzles for any puzzle enthusiasts! Can’t wait to mount and hang it! Got the product for Christmas for me and my daughter. Started the puzzle which is a lot of fun but unfortunately as we was nearly finished there was a few pieces missing. Which can happen. As soon as I had sent an email regarding this it was all sorted out with a replacement. Excellent service.

Placed Order on December 7th 2025 as a Christmas gift for family. The main reason I placed the order was because their website stated "Delivery 1-3 business days from UK Warehouse," and as I was travelling away for the Christmas period from the 21st, it suited me. However, I was very wrong. After 3 business days, I had not received any information, so I emailed Iconic Puzzle,s who replied to say that my order is still processing and could take 1-5 business days, which confused me as their website had the "DELIVERY 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS FROM UK WAREHOUSE" branded over it. I emailed again on the 13th December, now 1 week since I placed my order and got no reply. I then emailed again on the 15th December asking to cancel my order for a full refund as I had lost faith that they would deliver the item before Christmas week. They replied to this email to say "I am checking with my team and supervisor to get this fixed for you. Please allow me some time 3 business days to get an answer, and I´ll reach you back when done." I found this response from Iconic Puzzles to be very unprofessional as they have failed to deliver the order on time they advertised and have also failed to cancel the order at the request of the customer. I emailed again on the 17th clearly stating that I want to cancel my order and they replied on the 18th to say they can not cancel it now as it is being shipped. I explained to them that on the 17th, I ordered the same puzzle from Amazon and received it on the same day. They ignored this email. The items were eventually delivered on the 3rd of January 2026, 4 weeks after I placed my original order. To make it worse, the product is poor quality but not as poor as their communication, customer service and branding. I would strongly urge anyone to avoid shopping with Iconic Puzzles.

Super pleased with this company, I had my order stolen by porch pirates and they were extremely understanding in helping my situation. Also very cool products!

Iconic puzzles are so unique, well crafted and feature clever designs - not like any puzzle I've seen before. I really enjoyed creating the Sydney Swans puzzle with my son - it was challenging but great connection time for us to work together on it. My experience with the company's customer service has also been excellent - prompt, efficient and helpful. Definitely recommend for both a puzzle experience and a memorabilia item of your favourite team to keep!

I purchased a puzzle for my son for Christmas. After putting it together he was missing a piece. We couldnt find it anywhere. We contacted customer support who replaced our puzzle free of charge. Great company and great customer service!

We are very satisfied with the product. Ordering and delivery went smoothly. My grandchild thoroughly enjoyed the puzzle. We received an immediate answer to our questions about how to attach the puzzle for hanging. We would gladly order again anytime!

A soccer team logo puzzle was gifted to me. It was a different built than all the previous puzzles I put together. Fun and challenging and I love how they included several pieces shaped like players in action. This puzzle will definitely be framed.

The puzzle I ordered was very cool but was missing pieces. Customer service was extraordinary! They responded quickly to my complaint and spent a long time finding my order so they could resolve my issue.
