Fantastic team that helped us with every aspect in planning an unbelievable family trip to South Africa. Terri, Danni, Natasha, and team helped with advising on accommodations and restaurants in Cape Town, as well as selecting the best safari lodge to meet our needs. They helped secure all reservations, including domestic flights. Then they checked in with us regularly during the trip to make sure that everything was going as planned. Finally, they arranged for some nice and unexpected surprises for us to make the trip even more memorable. If you're planning a trip to Africa for a safari, I'd highly recommend working with Iconic Africa

Thank you Lauren Fryer for assisting us with a last minute South African safari to Madikwe Safari Lodge. Your professionalism and expertise were second to none. Some highlights of the trip included, flying in to Madikwe with Federal Airlines where we spotted Elephants from the air, meeting our highly knowledgeable and passionate field guide Wesson and ofcourse the animals in their natural environment. Thank you to everyone involved for making it such a memorable experience, we will be back!

Outstanding from start to finish. Terri, Lauren and team put together an itinerary that more than met any expectations we had. Our first family experience in Africa was really life changing and we can’t wait to return! Hard to compare the 3 locations as each were so rich in different experiences. Before visiting Africa I’d traveled for nearly 30 years across 28 different countries.

The African continent had always been on my list but the thought of planning a trip like this across multiple countries was daunting.

Having traveled so much for business over the years I pride myself in DIY travel but I wouldn’t have had a clue on where to start for 3 weeks and 4 countries in Africa. Iconic Africa came highly recommended by a former colleague and they didn’t disappoint.

This was one of the best vacations / pleasure trips I’ve ever had. Top 2 rivaled only by my honeymoon in the Maldives and I’ve already booked a second trip with Iconic Africa!

Iconic Africa helped us arrange our Honeymoon in Kenya and Tanzania and the experience was absolutely incredible! Not only did we absolutely love the camps we visited - &Beyond's Mnemba Island and Masai Mara Bateleur camp - but Iconic Africa did an excellent job arranging our complete agenda, including flights and transfers, which were all seamless and managed by very professional and pleasant employees. We can't express how much we loved our trip and were impressed with Iconic Africa's arrangements and communications with us. Thank you John and Bev!

Booking a trip in Africa seemed daunting to us. Bev at Iconic Africa made the process incredibly smooth. She provided excellent recommendations for accommodations and was incredibly responsive to our needs when we were on the trip. Would use Iconic Africa again when we travel to the continent next time.

If hiking to see the gorilla in their natural habitat is on your bucket list, by all means, stay at Singita Kwitonda, a brand new camp at the base of the dormant volcanic mountains in Rwanda. First class luxurious cabins, with magnificent views, and all the extras synonymous with a Singita property. The staff are incredible and the food and wine top of the line! On top of all that, the drive to the gorilla welcome center is just minutes away! Truly a memorable experience not to be missed!

Iconic Africa is a top notch organization and extremely knowledgeable about traveling in southern Africa, especially as it has to do with safaris. They handled everything from start to finish (in Africa - we were responsible for arranging our flights to Johannesburg and back), including all transfers and flights within Africa, practically without a hitch (nobody's perfect). Accommodations were mostly top of the line, and we had an excellent all around experience.

Iconic Africa was top notch from the first contact. Julia and Lauren Fryer provided great service. Though there is a significant time difference between the States and Africa, email responses were timely. My questions were always answered and my list of "wants" met without any hesitation. My trip: Transfers were seamless. Accommodations were absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend the Safari Collection. Wildlife viewing was stellar. Staff at all of the lodges were true professionals and committed to seeing that every guest had a great experience. If I come back to Africa, Iconic Africa will make my travel arrangements again.

On our recent trip to South Africa and Kenya Iconic Africa did a phenomenal job. It was everything we hoped for and more. Every place we went we were met at the airport and taken to our next destination without any wait time. Someone was always there to meet us. Both Londolozi and the Angama Mari locations we stayed at had exceptional service and went above and beyond our expectations. Our trip to Africa was outstanding! A highlight of the trip was how informative and knowledgeable the guides were, they made our trip so much more than we had hoped for. Every andbeyond place we stayed made us feel welcomed and cared for, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Iconic Africa provided a truly unique travel experience and I would highly recommend their services to anyone traveling in and around South Africa. All of the lodging accommodations were first rate in terms of service, food and location (urban and on safari). The guided tour recommendations were also well organized and easy to choose, and there was no pressure to choose a high priced option over the more economical options. The tour companies are all well run and every driver was on time and well trained about the tourist sites. Every step of the way, Iconic Africa was only a phone call or a WhatsApp message away for answering questions.

Jules & Lauren are the best! They have now planned two trips for us in Africa (South & East) and they have both been outstanding!!! Can't recommend them enough...

Iconic was absolutely fantastic and exceeded our expectations with everything we did. All the drivers and guides were always helpful, kind, knowledgeable and always on time. There were no issues with any of the accommodation reservations, plane tickets or transfers. The itinerary was phenomenal and we would not change a thing. We will absolutely use Iconic the next time we venture to Africa (which will all are hoping will be sooner than later!).

My husband and I planned a honeymoon trip to Kenya with Iconic Africa. Wow. Did they kill it or what? We spent 2 nights in Nairobi, 5 nights in the Masai Mara, 3 nights in Lamu, and 3 nights in Watamu. From the moment we got off the plane to the time we said "see you later" and got back to the airport, everything was seamless. The transportation was awesome. We were never standing there wondering where we were supposed to be or go. Our drivers came right up to us and knew our names. Before the trip, they were so communicative and answered every question I had. The places they had us stay at in Kenya were absolutely fantastic. We seriously had the most perfect trip we could have imagined. I highly highly highly recommend using Iconic Africa to plan your African vacation. You will not be disappointed. John and his team were incredibly efficient and friendly from our very first inquiry. The personalized and detailed service contributed to a trip that we will never ever forget! The safari they recommended was everything they promised and more! Londolozi Private Game Reserve in the Sabi Sands exceeded our expectations from every single aspect...World class service, delicious food, the best game viewing we have ever experienced, luxurious rooms, photography advice, gym and the list goes on! Our trip went smooth without a glitch from the beginning. Bev and Terri were wonderful in planning our trip to South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe.
People at airport meet and greet, transportation to and from the airport were very polite and prompt. Bev made sure that our boarding passes for the flights were delivered to our rooms in time.
All the safari lodges were top rated. Game rides were excellent. People and the services at the lodges were wonderful and personal. I should say the food was average in taste but fresh, well prepared and served.
Overall the experience with Iconic Africa was excellent. I have no hesitation in using again and recommending Iconic Africa.

5 star service by Iconic Africa who organized our trip to the 5 star Oyster Box Hotel! We had an amazing weekend in this beautiful hotel on the beach - true luxury with a fantastic spa and a delicious high tea. We will definitely be back!
