Amateurs, unreliable, no respect
I found this site and reserved a bag for my sister, the bag was expensive +6000eur and I decided to use splitit. Important to know is that splitit takes 1/3 but ask your bank to provision for full payment. Our card was limited to 2500 + 5000, we asked iconics.eu to split over 2 purchases. Iconics did not react, most of the time they were not available except for 1-2 times a couple of minutes during a business day. Iconics is a very young and opportunistic venture, they had contracted with splitit but had no idea how splitit functioned. I stayed in contact with Iconics virtually 4x a day during the process that my bank was lifting my credit limits which took 26hrs. Iconics did not wait despite their promise and informed they sold the bag! Although it was reserved for me. I asked Iconics to share the ID-number of the bag with me, I believe that this is what made Iconics "jump" actually the ID number was not matching, you know what that means!
