Impressive delivery time
Impressive delivery time, especially from Britain (7 days). I haven't used it yet - bought for camping and emergencies. Very heavy duty canister. I really like the spray hose.

Amazing quick ship time…
Amazing how quick the ship time and delivery time was on the replacement parts. Each time I have damaged a part for my Lifesaver Jerry Can they have shipped within a day the parts I’ve ordered. They obviously take the need for their service seriously.

I had the most amazing customer service from all at Lifesaver. Needed interesting, useful last minute Christmas presents and they did not let me down. i have been using lifesaver powerbanks for a few years and they are so good. All the teenagers who received them for Christmas are very happy.

Perfect storm of errors....
Parcel sent before financial details completed despite request not to post until complete.
Courier company did not abort delivery when asked to do so by company.
Parcel currently held by my Customs authority awaiting payment for a parcel that is not required.
I am considerably out of pocket as awaiting refund while company attempts to locate parcel.
I awarded one star as unable to award none.
My review has omitted/ excluded unfortunate elements like staff sickness and communication difficulties.
I would be unlikely to use this company again.
