First time to NY and purchased parking via an APP. Drove into two garages along East 53rd street. On each occasion showed them the app booking and they said it was not their car park booking. Drove into Sutton house Garages at 06.42 pm and the parking attendant said, YES, this was the right place with the right booking. Went to pick up my car the next day and a new parking attendant said nope wrong car park. Would not release my car until I paid $49, as I was heading off to the Airport to catch my flight back to the UK. I would like my money back please for dishonest information and have ended up paying twice.

Website booking worked perfectly. Drop off and pickup were very smooth. The attendant was very nice and respectful.

In the particular garage I was using, the entrance has a sharp curve going down as you drive to the point where the attendant takes the car. Due to cars parked improperly on the exit lane, blocking the flow, the attendant wanted me to back up my car on that curve so that cars exiting could come into my lane and exit. I refused because it wasn't an easy maneuver to back up with that curve and I did not want risk hitting anything and the attendant got upset with me. What he should have done was have another attendant in the entrance controlling the flow of cars in and out to facilitate the exit of the cars from the garage or better yet make.aure no cars are parked blocking the flow of traffic in/out. This was on Tuesday January 27th at Icon Parking 250 West 40th Street.

The garage was closed for maintenance. I reached out via email to inquire about a refund. My inquiry was never acknowledged. I spent $60 and was unable to use the garage that evening. The location was 257-259 west 47th st. NY

82.00 for a little over an hour for HSS appointment...No signs for fees..convenience fee 4.00 service fee 1.50 these people need to be investigated. Price gouging to take advantage of sick people disgusting.

We booked our spot in the parking lot but for some reason it went to 30 minutes after the time we arrived. We left over an hour early but we’re charged 40 dollars despite the sign saying 17 dollars. The guys were rude and aggressive and would not release our car unless we paid. They would not let us speak to a supervisor either. We were scared of these men. Very aggressive.

every time I use icon reservation the on site attendant tries to charge me more or ignores the prepaid status.

con: we got charged an extra $20 when we arrived because of "our car's height." We have a Toyota Venza with no roof racks or anything else on top. That felt like "bait and switch." The attendants were pretty grumpy and unwelcoming.

Very efficient, quick service!

played a back and forth game with the attendants. pulled in on one said they said it was full and sent us to the upper lot and then had to keep explaining to the people over there that they sent us there and that i already paid for a spot. didn’t help that nobody spoke english well enough to communicate the problems.

The parking attendant was excellent. He provided me with the website information to take advantage of the online pricing which I had failed to do ahead of time. Please let him know how grateful I am regarding his concern.

friendly services and staffs

I used to get this garage on SpotHero. Now it seems to gone from there and the prices are up. Service is great as always in this lot. My complaint is with how reservations are managed and cost.

Mistakenly I chose the wrong end time and went over 30mins and had to pay almost as much as I paid for the 3 hour reservation I made. Not good pricing!
