The music was amazing but the organisation when it came to food and drinks is ridiculous. They don't let you take in your own food and drinks, fine, but your own water?? Come on.
Then, ok so no food brought in but the food and drinks on sale were unbelievably expensive!
Felt ripped off
I have been e mailing Icons website for information about my up and coming festival on 2nd July at Imber court. Surrey.
There is no contact number so all i have is email subitted on over three occasions but still have no reply.
I have not been sent my E tickets and cannot allocate the email, when i paid for 2X early bird tickets back in 26th November 2021 as I have proof on my credit card. It only states Icon Festival no third party ticket company.
Has anyone else expereincing not being able to contact them and download there tickets.
Now I have resulted to This social media website and hope I get a reply and my tickets sent to me.
