Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this website. Their customer service doesn’t exist so once your order, you’re stuck with the product.

I purchased items and it didn’t fit well at all. Size chart is wrong. I returned the items and they said they received it and I will get a gift card. I didn’t receive a gift card it been over a month. I used Klarna and icon didn’t give Klarna back the refund so I’m left with the tab for an item I do not have!!! I messaged Icon but no response yet!!! I will never purchase from them again.

I love Icon Swim wear. I bought a total of like 7 swim suits and about 3 cover ups. The fit is divine and It definitely gives. I've been a customer for like 7-10 years. I've never been disappointed!

I was going to purchase bathing suits, but after reading all of these horrible reviews I'll save myself the headache! I hate scammers!

I think they're adding positive reviews to offset the tris, horrible reviews.

I won't believe any of them without photo evidence.

I will never purchase from this business. I purchased a bathing suit in JULY and never received the item. They kept saying they needed to wait for my item to be returned so they can refund me. Still I never received neither the refund or the bathing suit. I tried to contact them on another occasion to get the status and they never wrote back! Horrible service! Stole my money. Don’t trust this site!

I received 3 swim outfits as a gift that were purchased from IconSwim. I have been trying for OVER A WEEK to exchange the items for a different size and NO ONE can help me. They just send me a like that only works if I purchased the items myself- these were a gift and I can’t exchange. Customer service is HORRIBLE- I can’t get anyone live and NO ONE is even trying to help me resolve my issue!

I am pleased to have ordered from this store. I received my items within three days from the time I ordered it. They look exactly like the pictures on the site.

So glad I found this website. It is super easy to use and navigate. The pieces offered are gorgeous and actually look as pictured unlike some sites. I love the variety of suits and coverups offered and that I can always find something new. Best of all they offer His and Hers matching sets. Perfect for couples who like to coordinate on vacation or just out by the pool.

Loved the fabric and the cover up fits like a glove. ☺️

I have Never had an issue with IconSwim that they didn’t resolve! The quality is awesome & it’s my go-to for cute/sexy swimwear!

I have bought multiple swimsuits from this site. Amazing! The quality is amazing. The swimwear is gorgeous and their shipping is so fast. One of my main go to places for swimwear. Not to mention you really just can't beat their prices especially when they have sales. I've even bought male swim trunks for my other half and it looks amazing on him! Keep this up and you have a customer for life! Worth the money spent!

They have cute cover ups and the swimwear look cute as well, it’s just the sizing that terrible. For some reason all of the bikini sizes have bottoms that are at-least two sizes larger than the top. I’ve bought 3 bikinis and had the same issue with all of them.

I love Icon Swim swimwear. Swimwear has great stretch and materials are good quality. I receive so many compliments on my pieces.

Did not receive my package twice from this site , customer service is terrible and blame carriers for their problems.

This company. They are very unprofessional, the information on the site about shipping is inaccurate. I order SEVERAL items for my wedding/vacation a week ago and it still has not shipped. I reached out and they were no help and they did not care. I am writing the BBB because I want my money back. The website states 1-2 days processing. I order on June 15th and they took the money out my account. Today is 6/22 and my items are showing unfulfilled and the label was not created for shipping. Horrible horrible.

I have been ordering from Icon for more than a year…many bathing suits! I’ve never had a problem with any of their products. Recently, an item that I received was slightly damaged and when I contacted the customer service they communicated and resolved the error super fast and without hesitation. Their customer service is excellent, they’re very responsive and make sure the customer is happy with their purchase. My experience with their team and their merchandise will keep me coming back!

The bathing suits on Icon Swim are very cute but after reading reviews saying people had trouble I was a little skeptical.
I did go ahead and order one bathing suit. I placed my order on a Sunday and according to their website processing orders takes 1-2 business days. And standard shipping takes 3-7 business days.
After ordering I got an email confirmation and they said shortly I would get a dispatch email to track my order once it ships. However, I never got that. I kept checking my email and account for updates but still nothing. I kept telling myself not to worry but reading these reviews of how others had their order lost or never sent out so, of course, I was getting worried. 5 days later I opened my email and saw that my order had been delivered.
I am happy the bathing suit fit but I am still confused as it why I never got a "your order has been shipped" email.
I did feel like I was overreacting since, in the end, my order arrived and the bathing suit fit but as I read other reviews I'm glad I wasn't the only one that had trouble. Also on my account, the order status says "unfulfilled" even though my order was delivered, so I'm not sure why that has happened.

I loved the items I purchased from Icon Swim. There was a small issue with my order but thankfully their customer service was efficient and I received the help I needed immediately! Will definitely be ordering again soon!

Scam. Beware of size charts when ordering, everything is smaller than your normal size. I asked if I could exchange for another size. Their policy is, you pay for return shipping and they’ll give you 50% store credit or what you actually paid. Make that make sense. Stick to Amazon or SHEIN. Customer service here is trash.

So far Icon Swim has been consistent and a great value for the money spent. I definitely would recommend them
