Fake low quality Hugo Boss jumper - do not use icon outlet or in my case iconoutlet.europe
Was sceptical at the time but decided to give it a go, wish I hadn’t

Clearly a fake Hugo Boss jumper! Poor stitching and no labels. Should have searched the company before purchasing.

Two pairs of trainers with 15% discount so i bought 2 pairs but no discount iv sent 5 emails regarding this issue but they refuse to comply so it has me thinking they are z fraudulent company they possibly do not exist

ordered 2 hoodies that's worth $200+ and haven't received them, been emailing them but never got any replies from my 10 emails that I sent. SCAMMERS.

Ordered some clothing.
Never received.
I emailed multiple times, got no response back.
But they sure took my money!

I ordered over £100 worth of clothes for my son in November and I still haven’t received my order.

I have emailed the company, and reached out to their social media platform to be told I need to be patient.

There are other companies with a similar name, so please watch out and ensure you don’t fall foul of this company.

I havent recieved my order, and I ordered it two months ago!
They have taken my monye, but I have no product, and tryed to contact them several time with no respons.

Middle man that takes your money and orders CHEAP FAKES for you from china (likely temu/alibaba). Customer service literally doesn’t exist and they will go to crazy lengths to keep your money.

Company is based in America. How they continue to operate is beyond me. Bank got my money back.

Please please don’t buy from this company. Spent £60 at the end of November for a hoodie, no confirmation received but money went straight out of my bank. Reported it to the bank, then I received a “your item has been despatched” email. This was on the 1st December. Had nothing since, no hoodie, no email in response to my complaint. Bank are looking into it. This company are scammers - please don’t use, especially if your money is hard earned like mine.

I am gutted. Ordered a Stussy Hoodie on the 28th November and it's still not arrived. No one has contacted me. I've sent multiple emails and still nothing. So angry. Please don't order from these SCAMMERS. I feel like I've lined their pockets!!

Ordered in November chased up a few days before Christmas but no reply. I have emailed a few times after but still nothing am assuming it’s a SCAM site.

It’s the fake website. Omg I spent over $300 for the hoodies. It never came. I wish i checked before I ordered. My husband told me shouldn’t order but I didn’t listen to him

Don't order anything from this company. Item was received late from China and appears counterfeit. Return process is inactive including the "live chat". They do not reply to emails either.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered two months ago an essential hoodie and I paid 300 it never came I’ve emailed more than 100 times none of my emails were answered it wouldn’t let me even track my order wish I came here before ordering but this company is scamming people

Scam company. Do not buy from them. I ordered a hoodie in November as a Christmas present but have never received it. I have emailed them twice but not heard back. I wish I’d checked reviews before ordering. This is a scam company that takes your money without delivering the goods. They are still taking orders. DO NOT BUY!!

Ordered a hoodie early November saying 3-10business days for delivery- I’ve still not received it so my daughters Christmas present didn’t arrive on time. I’ve emailed and sent a message online but no response. Shocking company, clearly a scam. No phone number to contact. Wish I’d have looked on here first before ordering. Assuming it’s not going to arrive and I’ve lost money. AVOID!!!!
