Same as reviews below, sooo disappointed and i wish i had seen these reviews instead of the ones on their website.

I tried to leave one and it seems it is a fake website or fake reviews as it isn't saving mine so maybe they have a block on it.

Ordered infinity moon in november received a day before christmas... it was a gift for my nephew.. i struggled to charge it before wrapping up to give to him, it wasnt packages well very cheap and old box crushed, no instructions, it was very erratic and would spin out of control. The wire has broke inside and only lasted 2 hours after opening on xmas day!

Emailed on 3 occasions no response! Followed guidelines within 30 days notice for refund/return no answer!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I would rate this company 0 if I could ordered 2 what a lot of crap will have to go through my bank to get a refund as they are not answering my emails this and other companies like these should not be allowed to trade and why are they allowed to advertise shame on you

I ordered a infinity ball and as everyone else no response to emails or item delivered. Will have to go through bank to see if I can get my money back it’s £25 I can’t afford to lose

the product i ordered looks like a copy!!!!! the box is a faded copy of maybe an original but i knew when i saw the box i had been scammed, i dare not give this to my grandson as it could be dangerous, once again chinese rubbish!!!!!!

Very disappointed ,,, they claim 5 to 8 working days for delivery ,,, more like 20. Both packages were somewhat damaged , so since they were xmas presents I decided to try them . The cables they sent do not fit for charging , I had to find my old android usb cables to get them fully charged , It takes some getting use to and I spent over an hour trying to get them to boomerang back ,,,, only one did and was only one time ,,,, the other one is even worse , as the middle pin keeps coming out of the hole ,,, They only hold a charge for about 5 minutes than you have to recharge again ,,, I emailed the store 3 times and still no response ... Also I did not realize that I could of orderd thru Amazon at a cheaper price ,,,,Now what do I do ,,,

I ordered 2 Infinity moon balls November 26. Tracked it and the tracking app said it was delivered and I was home all day and nothing. Tried emailing them and no response. These where Christmas gifts.

I am currently having the same issue as everyone else, ordered a moon spinner on the 22nd November and received nothing, no response from any emails I have sent either. I have paid through PayPal so I have opened a dispute with them, I will keep you updated on the progress.

I received the item on the 18th December, whether or not it works remains to be seen as it's a Christmas gift for my son. Will update again once we have tested it.

Ok so it worked, but not very well, very erratic and charge only lasts 5 minutes, definitely nothing like the advert, would not recommend

it worries me they have no address or phone number on their website. Also when click on the contact page it does work.
Always give a customers service a ring to see if they pick up before you buy anything.

Awful! Received a cheap alternative to what I ordered!!! Contact email is fake!!!
