im ordered a stick of ram and it still hasnet arrived, ive Emailed customer services twice and have had no reply, the website is now coming up as dangerous so i cant even get a phone nuimber tro call, i have spoken with my Crdeit card company to get a refund,

Purchasing was easy but I am still awaiting the arrival of the battery

Never received my parcel and never got a response from customer support. Read other reviews that said the same thing so gave up and filed a claim with my bank.

Order didn't arrived and company has not updated any info as to status of order after a week now.

ITS A SCAM, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN DON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS AND YOU NEVER GET THE GOODS!

If there was no stars you would get no stars however 1 star is the lowest I can give, what went wrong i placed my order on the 2nd of December and paid my money in good faith, you gave a 2 to 4 working day delivery time on the 9th I still hadn't received my goods so I emailed customer services and got nothing in reply 2 days later I used the message service and got no reply the following day I emailed info@ICPC and guess what still no reply your website doesn't have phone number you don't reply to email's and I'm out of pocket nearly £80 with no way of getting in contact with you. To anyone thinking of using this company be careful you won't get what you've paid for and they don't answer emails

Ripped me off for 69.84 which I am now filing with Action Fraud, and encourage everyone else to do so who have been ripped off by this fictitious company.

Absolutely disgusting, took my money, never sent anything, never reply to emails, no other way of contacting them, paid for next day delivery, I’ve received nothing, I’ll be contacting my bank in the next few days to get my money back, total crooks, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE, you’ll receive nothing!!!!!!

As with others here, did not receive item and did not reply to my e-mail. Avoid this company like the plague! Fortunately, paid via PayPal who have given me a full refund!

Despite the money being taken from our card, we have not received the item ordered. We requested an invoice and tracking information on email but had no response. There was no telephone number or online chat to communicate our concerns.

Company House states Director is a teenager.
