This is the second time I’ve been and found the customer service exceptional. The first time was because my phone had been hacked, this time it was a camera issue with my laptop. I find the person there really helpful and have no hesitation in recommending his services

Fantastic service. I had a laptop that was so slow I was about to buy a new one but decided to take it into icracked-it so see if they could help. I was told I had a very good laptop and I just need to have a new hard drive with more memory which they supplied, they updated my laptop to windows 11 and set my email account up also excel and word. I would highly recommend them.

Searched around for someone able to do micro-soldering to help me complete a MacBook repair and eventually came across icrackedit. They turned around the fix in just a few days and for what seems like a reasonable cost. Would definitely use them again.

Took my iPhone X for new battery

The person there said come back in an hour. Gave it 90 minutes.
1. The person there spoke in almost unintelligible English.
2. Their Point of Sale wasn't working ( dubious ) pointed me at a notice that gave some bank details. Due to above I couldn't understand what was really going on.
3. When I came back he said one of the screwheads was stripped. Don't know if they did it but even if they didn't I gave up because I'd had enough of trying to interpret what was being said.

This was a couple of months ago. Date here may not be exact.
My previous experience of them wasn't as bad but wasn't great either.

Correct shop, Queen Street, Maidenhead. Exactly as I experienced. Everything above is factual. Over 3 months to respond, seems about right. Don't blame the customer.

Great communication throughout and rapid response to my WhatsApp query. All handled very well and my cracked screen is now repaired!

Third time I have used them. Previously for phone battery replacement, this time for a cracked screen protector and dodgy lightning cable port. Very pleased with the quick, friendly and efficient service. Would highly recommend!

I had mixed experiences with iCracked-it. They fixed my cracked iPad screen efficiently and at a reasonable cost, but there were some issues with other repairs. While the staff is knowledgeable, a lack of clarity or concern in certain cases affected my trust. Overall, they're good for straightforward fixes like screen replacements but handle complex issues cautiously.

Dropped my iphone14pro max , Icracked fixed it. They offer a spare phone for me to use while they took couple of hours to fix and resolve my crack phone and camera issue.

Im so relieved to of found a local company that offers such a great service. They were very quick to help me understand the best options, and set about resolving my issue as quick as possible, talking me through what/how/when... I drop my MacBook which was liquid damged and becase of liquid it was not powering on. i drop it at work shop and they fixed and not its working fine with all my data.

I dropped my phone - an Apple X and it would not work. The mobile phone company, Three were useless. The Apple Store in Covent Garden were not much better ("it will cost so much to repair that you will be better buying a new one" was the line). James at icracked-it sorted it in 40 minutes for £80.00. James should be your "go to guy" for all mobile phone repairs.

I cleaned my MacBook keyboard and broke two keys, the caps just wouldn’t click back into place properly. I asked if they can sell me replacement keys and they said because of the butterfly mechanism the whole keyboard has to be exchanged and it will be £350(!).

I wanted to double check that, went online, ordered two replacement keys and they snapped in just fine. Each key has their own little butterfly clip so I don’t know why they would use this as an excuse to tell customers the whole keyboard has to be replaced.

It made me lose my trust in them. I also wanted to let people know that if they tell you that the whole keyboard has to be replaced if you have a problem with even just one key, this is NOT true.
