The process was simple. Help Chat always available. I did call for help using the toll free phone number. Matt was extremely helpful & stayed on the call until my issue was resolved. I highly recommend iCreditWorks for loans

Awesome customer service
Great customer service. Company representatives have called several times noe to check in on me, and have asked me how my experience has been. They've been curtious, and ask me if there is anything I need. Their app is user-friendly, and I feel like my experience with icreditworks has been a breeze. I'm glad I went with them.
