We recently used iCrowdNewswire for a digital press release distribution campaign for a client. Our experience raised serious concerns about their service transparency and performance verification.
Part of the agreement included banner ad placements on premium websites, but iCrowdNewswire failed to provide any verifiable live links. The screenshots they sent appeared digitally altered, and they repeatedly ignored our requests for access to their Google Ads account.
Furthermore, the "coverage report" we received was a monitoring report, not a coverage report of their distribution. It included links from our own media relations efforts and was heavily padded with repeated outlets—one outlet was mentioned 29 times, artificially inflating the results.
Given the apparent misrepresentation of brand partnerships and the misleading performance reports, we cannot recommend iCrowdNewswire. We urge other potential clients to be extremely cautious and to require verifiable proof of performance upfront.

If ZERO were an option.. Anyone ranking this company 5 stars may have had decent customer service up front, aLOT promised under pleasant terms but never seen the follow through. Zero stars would be more accurate from my side as a client. I had specific intentions of publishing a press release to their many seemingly credible advertised sites and asked specifically if this release would live on those sites after distribution. To which, they said yes. I repeatedly asked before and during engagement, as this was my only intention in paying for the service, to have Google index these releases over time. To which the representative continually replied YES. However, after the service is provided, and 'published' they were only viewable in their dashboard, and on thier website, without evidence of any publishing on any of their many promised partner sites. I emailed to ask for an explanation, went all the way up to their executive team, and they confirmed 'they cannot promise their partners will distribute the release.' Why then advertise them as credible partners and promise before and during service exactly what cannot be delivered!??

The platform is very intuitive and easy to use, especially with the guidance of our account rep, Rex Harrison. Rex was able to quickly address some changes we wanted to make in our press release after it had gone into distribution. Great experience all around. Thanks for saving the day, Rex!

iCrowdNewswire is a great alternative to the legacy wire services we've used for many these years. The distribution is great and the ad banner placements are a great addition. Really appreciate the live customer support. My rep, Kevin Foster, has been very available and very helpful. I highly recommend.

John White and his compliance team worked over the weekend to drop my release and photo first thing Monday morning. It's good to have the compliance document in advance, as there are a few things they are not able to publish. The customer service and monitoring report are great assets and I will use them again.
