The director and founder of IC Training Centre Jayabalan is the best supportive employer out there. The whole team is amazing! They are all very friendly and helpful and care about their staff members as well as service users. Jayabalan is very kind and always helpful. He is always there for you no matter what the case may be and is always positive and can brighten up your day! I have very much enjoyed my time whilst working at IC Training Centre because of the friendly team and the new skills I have learnt whilst being at IC Training Centre and also because they gave me the opportunity to change my career path and take me on board as they knew and saw the potential in me to take up the role for administration. The events IC Training Centre organise and hold are always one of the very best. They make sure everyone is invited and involved and work their very hardest to make sure everything runs smoothly and is perfect. I can sure say they have met those targets!
