ID1Verify.co.uk provides HM Land Registry identity verification for people handling their own property applications. If you are transferring equity, gifting a property, dealing with probate, or selling without a solicitor, HM Land Registry requires your identity to be verified before it will register the change. Verification is carried out by an SRA-regulated solicitor, either by secure video call or in person, and a single appointment covers both your ID1 and ID5 forms. Appointments are £79 in the UK and £99 from overseas, with evening and weekend slots available, and your completed forms are sent the same day. ID1Verify.co.uk is operated by Computer Troubleshooters Redbridge Limited, company number 09184717.

very patient and professional solicitor took up the challenge of getting an ID1 verified for my father who is practically housebound, the video call was calm and responsive even when we changed locations. I would highly recommend this solicitor as he was so good and i received the paperwork same day. Also a great price.

Perfect transaction with a qualified Solicitor. Really nice guy too.
Far more affordable than some of the big solicitors in the area.

At 77yrs, with recent mobility issues I was concerned about being verified by video phone. Touched a link supplied, screen wrote ‘I would be joined by host shortly’. Host appears, asks name, dob, address + pertinent questions. Guided me to hold passport left hand, phone horizontally in right hand. Took 2 photos showing passport with my face to right, advised verification complete.
Will send certificate today. All in 7 min.
