Irina helped us to develop and implement a course about basic accounting and taxation in Denmark for entrepreneurs. It has been one of our most visited courses organized in the spring of 2023.

Today I fired this person from my company because of a huge mistake on my books, she almost caused me a loss of 19000 Dkr, not a joke!. I am still shocked on how she could fail to that level , thanks God I read a lot on Skat hjemmeside and I found it and corrected it myself and confirmed with an Skat Agent on the phone.
And for making this review she’s writing me saying she will sue me. So I doubt that her rate here is genuine since some people would get scared of her legal language and comply on removing it . I’ll inform the website for this dishonest practice. Since we can’t make a negative review about her .

Reasons for firing here :

an issue I discovered while reviewing my tax card for 2022. Unfortunately, there appears to be a mistake that could have cost me 14000 Dkr. I was surprised to find this error given that the information about the calculations for Airbnb income is readily available on their website, and the links are located right where she made the changes. As she is someone who uses Airbnb I was puzzled as to how such a large mistake could have been made, especially given that the correction period for 2022 is closing next Monday. Such situation is unacceptable I paid for her services throughout the whole year of 2022. However, it seems that she have not made the proper adjustments to my preliminary tax card for 2022. This has resulted in a debt of over 4000 Dkr that I am now required to pay before July or leave it for 2024 with an increased percentage. It's worth noting that changes to the preliminary income can be made at any time of the year, and I am disappointed that this has not been reviewed throughout 2022.

Furthermore, I have been made aware that none of the deductions, including transportation, materials, loss untold S, pension, and insurances, have been included on my card, which is empty for 2022. When I first agreed to work with her I explicitly mentioned that I required someone to help me not only with the Mom's/VAT declaration but also with my private income, which is linked to my company. Unfortunately, this has not been delivered.

Lastly, I asked her to undertake the Inkasso procedure in 2023, as per our agreement in 2022. However, I was surprised to learn that this service has been declined, and I was not informed of its removal for 2023.

I am deeply disappointed by the issues outlined above, and they have resulted in significant consequences. As a result, I terminated our professional relationship immediately.

She responded to my termination letter my in a very unprofessional way saying that she was going to quit herself, this employee felt humiliated or embarrassed by being fired and wanted to save face by presenting their departure as a voluntary decision. By resigning instead of being fired, they may feel that they have more control over the narrative and can avoid the stigma associated with being fired.

yes... after getting fired she sent a mail saying she was going to quit...words written with arrogance and zero accountability for her incompetence and the inconveniences that she caused that got her fired.
19000 Dkr mistake is completely unacceptable.
