product was good. For the second time we did not receive an email telling us when our click and collect order was ready for collection. we had to ring up and ask, this is the second time this has happened , it doesn't reflect well on your company.

First time using this company. I ordered the hammered effect 300gsm card and initially I was sent smooth card by accident, I called and explained there had been a mistake and the lady I spoke to was very polite and helpful and had the correct order re-sent that same day which arrived promptly the next day. The quality is good I will use again.

I am reviewing the last order I made with Ideal Envelopes which was for :-
A4 HORIZON SMOOTH WHITE CARD (300gsm) which I have used for a long time for Card making and I find it brilliant. Very strong but makes very good cards with various envelopes from the most basic to the lovely expensive pearlised finish.

Brilliant company. Everything well packed and promptly shipped. Only fault is they don't ship sample swatches to Ireland :( which is a pity. If I was able to see all cardstock and envelopes I would purchase more often. Maybe something to look into?

Absolutely incredible! The best service I have ever experienced. Great quality envelopes, delivered the next day, cannot recommend these people highly enough.

Excellent Greetings Card Paper, and competitively priced. A very important thing is that the packaging is superb. The 3 different type of card were separated by cardboard, then shrink wrapped ; then wrapped in thick cardboard. This ensures no damaged corners that I have experienced from another Supplier. Delivery (via DPD) very, very quick. First Order on Papercard / Ideal Envelopes, and will order in future.

Really poor quality envelopes. The peel and seal is quite a joke. it's basically some low quality transparent glue stuck on extremely sparingly. You'd need to go over it or use something else to seal. I'm so mad at myself for going with something 'affordable' because it's not. It's cheap and on this instance you really get what you pay for.
