We purchased a hot tub from this company earlier this year.Can recommend them highly.Any issues and they are only a phone call away for advice ,especially if you are a hot tub virgin....

Excellent communication from start to finish. Abigail was very thorough and always kept us informed. Delivery was excellent too - we are very pleased with the final outcome.

Brought a new hot tub , service was brilliant from the start with contact from Abigail who kept us updated and was very knowledgeable, the delivery crew were spot on and had us all set up and running no time , recommend these to anyone requiring a new spa , thank you to the team

This company are perhaps smaller than some but their service is bigger and better than the rest.
Danielle and Abigail are amazing. Small teething problems due to my inexperience with my new hot tub is talked through the same day.

The lady I dealt with for the initial purchase was very very helpful, and the men that delivered the hot tub were also very nice and extremely helpful with the initial set up. I would really recommend this company if you are looking to purchase a hot tub.

Have to say i really do not know where to start with this review as its provided so much stress and anxiety to myself and my wife being treated the way we have been when simply trying to buy a hot tub in good faith from a family firm that care(That's very much not the case for us i can assure you)We looked at Hot Tubs with Ideal and then arranged a face to face meeting at there warehouse near Sheffield(Not a Showroom as such) Abigail was originally going to meet us there but she was unwell so her sister and farther were the two people we met instead, long story short they again said they were a small family firm always willing to assist and go the extra mile for customers, So on this basis we did in fact do a deal and left a Cash Deposit so the Hot Tub was secured for us, Or so we thought !! What has followed since is a disgrace to say the least and also very unprofessional from the family firm that cares, We were asked to take a number of Photos so these could be sent to a delivery firm they use as this is something they don't do themselves in actual fact, Next thing we know we get an email saying sorry we have to cancel your order as the delivery company we use says its too tight to get the hot tub in, No phone call at all just an email, Again Rude and unprofessional, Very strange and and if fact ludicrous as we already have a bigger Hot Tub at the property that was put in when access was the very same as it is today with no problem at all, I then said don't worry just deliver the Hot Tub kerbside and i will take full responsibility for putting the Hot Tub in place myself, Further emails then followed saying no this would not be possible with no reason as to why at all ??? Another point to mention was that all the time this was going on over a two week period the Hot Tub we had put a cash deposit on to secure was still listed on eBay For Sale ??? Then even any response from email dried up as well and of coarse after all this time they had not called us once on the phone ??? So basically in the end we had to give Bank Details via Email to get our deposit back !!! Please avoid at all cost i would advise as this whole experience has left us so frustrated and disappointed its difficult to even put into words !! (And please don't view this as Sour Grapes so to speak just a 100% true account that left us terribly upset and frustrated) And to be clear THERE WERE NO THREATS OR INSULTS AT ALL,Dont know how they sleep at Night DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR A MOMENT

Recently purchased a 32amp Pluto Hot Tub,
Very friendly helpful throughout.
One small issue upon receiving the tub but Ideal Hot Tubs resolved the very same day.

Just taken delivery and had our Hot Tub installed this weekend and overall really pleased with the product, price and service.

I am usually meticulous about big outlays and like to shop around and couldn't find a cheaper price for the same/similar model than the Maldives I purchased from Ideal Hot Tubs.

I ordered and they had this model in stock so lead time was only a week with delivery and install. I'm not an electrician but was talked through what requirements I needed to do to, to be able to prepare the area for electrics prior to delivery and was easy to follow what was needed with a good explanation.

With the cost of living crisis I wanted to know how much they cost and what can be done to minimise the cost and Abigail was thorough on explaining the costs and how to put the tub into low power mode and how much monthly costs will be.

When we had the tub delivered it was sited into the back garden. They came and did a site survey prior to delivery to ensure the delivery path was adequate which was reassuring so we knew what to move out of the way for the delivery day, the delivery team were really helpful and knowledgeable when we was asking questions about how it was going to work.

I've been in the tub every night this week after work and wouldn't change anything!

We have had the tub for 10 months now and purposefully left the review in case there were lots of issues; apart from a pipe vibrating against the side of the tub ( which was remedied within a few days) there have been none! This was the best priced hot tub anywhere and its quality does not disappoint. We love it!! The delivery was on time and the men were really helpful in setting it up and with information on running the tub. The company have been helpful from the start and we still contact them now ref purchases for the tub. We even sent them photos of chlorine readings initially and they helped with those. Most communication is done by e mail, but they are prompt in replying and always helpful. Highly recommended! Thank you

Just an updated review. I've just received a part large part that I only mentioned I might need. It came today. I'm soooo happy this company ha e been Ace! Over a year now since I got my tub and it's perfect 🥰. We get family time every night. The kids chat/ no computers or phones. Best thing we ha e bought for our family. And glad we used Ideal hot tubs. Such good service 👏

I bought a hot tub from ideal hot tubs in may this year delivery was quick but I struggled a little to understand how to operate and run it correctly has it’s the first time Iv owned one every single person who I spoke to at ideal hot tubs were amazing and very patient with me explaining what I was doing wrong and how I needed to change cycles and chemicals etc I would highly recommend buying a hot tub from this company nothing is too much trouble for them and they always reply and my hot tub is amazing

From the moment I called Ideal to enquire about purchasing a Hot Tub, Jo was amazing and gave a very knowledgable insight into what hot tub would work best for us. Along with a very generous discount, our expectations were already been met!

We opted for the Twilight Single Lounger option in 13 amp.

We made our purchase and within less than 2 weeks our Hot Tub was on its way!

As our access was a little problematic, I liased with Jo and her team and I sourced a HIAAB company to come and manoeuvre this over our fence for the install guys to then work their magic and locate it in its final position.

The install was seamless and the guys spent ages going through all the controls etc with us.

I have already called Jo a few times regarding the intricacies of the chemicals and nothing is too much trouble for her to go over with me.

We are thoroughly delighted with the service and product provided and couldn't recommend them highly enough!

I have received my hot tub a week today (Maldives), which is absolutely amazing. When I was looking for a hot tub I rang a few companies and it all just seemed about pushing sales. As soon as I spoke to Jo at Ideal Hot Tubs she was very professional, friendly and gave me so much information and advising me the best hot tub that would suit me. I was kept up to date step by step, this company is open seven days a week and nothing is to much trouble and have great knowledge about all their products. I went to visit the showroom were Abigail answered all our questions, the price of the hot tub is very reasonable and they explain all their costs to you down to delivery and set up, she was very professional. I was having a hot tub cover built and it took longer than expected and even held the hot tub till I was ready. Jo rang me with any updates and is such a lovely lady, she has made it easy for us as soon as I spoke to Jo I ordered the Maldives. This is a family run business and would like to say thank you to all the team Jo, Abigale, Danielle and Steve. All my friends and family think is amazing to and have recommended Ideal Hot Tubs to friends and family. Also provide good after care to.

We’ve been using our Maldives hot tub for a week now and we love it! We live in Cardiff and bought without even visiting the showroom and the whole process has been easy.
