From the start to the finish, it was a job well done. Engineer was very good, recognised the fault and sorted it out. Cleaned up and left the space around the boiler spotless. Did all the tests etc. outstanding work done.

Replacement gas valve
The engineer was very friendly and knowledgeable. We felt reassured that we were in safe hands with the engineer.
He arrived on time and finished quickly and we were updated on his eta before he came.

Extremely Poor service all round.
Extremely Poor with a dreadful Service Plan.
My mother moved into a new house several years ago with an ideal condensing boiler and a service plan.
It was serviced every year through Ideal or whoever they use.
Early this year she was told the annual service that had been booked in was being cancelled as there was no engineer available. They rang her to say this and offered no alternative solution.
At 83 years of age she was really worried as she just wanted her boiler serviced.
We finally got a superb local plumber to do it recently. And we are now so thankful that Ideal did the dirty and threw mum under the bus.
I saw the state of the flue, the heat exchanger and the whole system whilst he was doing it. He kept pointing things out to me as he could not believe what he was looking at. Basically the boiler had never been serviced properly since installation.
That’s pretty sad, to say the least.
I’d honestly rather install my old Saunier Duval than something by these clowns based on the contempt with which they treat their customers, especially aging ones.
How they have achieved 4.8 on Trust pilot is beyond me. Shameful. Jokers. Dreadful.

Great and reliable annual service. The engineer contacted me with a time period for arrival on the day and was punctual. He gave excellent service and was very pleasant, thorough and tidy. He also helped me with problems I’d experienced + such as inability to move levers to top up water pressure, which he resolved for me.

The engineer was very polite, knowledgeable and phoned to advise of arrival time and arrived early which was brilliant as it allowed me to see our grandson play a cricket match against another school.
