The local plumber called Ideal regarding my boiler. They arrived first thing next morning. The representative was very polite and dealt with the problem swiftly and professionally. Said if I experienced any further problems not to hesitate to call back.

My annual boiler service was easy to arrange and seemed very thorough

Booked annual service for a day that suited me, went as expected no issues and a very nice and friendly gas engineer completed the job efficiently

Our system boiler is 8 years into it's 10 year guarantee and whilst it didn't fail, it began to make a loud noise when igniting. I called the helpline and the staff member I dealt with was very friendly and organised and engineer visit but warned it might be two weeks away. The next day I received a message from the engineer to say he would be with me the next day, which was a Saturday.
The problem was quickly fixed - it was dirt in the gas valve, and a new valve was fitted. The boiler is back to it's best.

Called on a Wednesday to say no power to boiler,came out next day,checked boiler and discovered fuse had gone in fusebox.Still through checked boiler and helped replace fuse.Plumber was polite,on time and cleaned up .Would thoroughly recommend

Break down and service contract was easy to set up and although we have only gad to use the breakdown element once, the engineer was able to rectify the issue in a timely and professional manner. Annual service now carried out twice and very happy with the work carried out. Ideal have been easy to deal with as we had to rearrange this Years annual service as the date offered initially was clashing with our time out of the Country. Ideal were very helpful in rearranging the date for us to our satisfaction. All in all a very positive experience.

From the first phone call to the engineer arriving they were very professional and helpful. Even when I had to change the engineer appointment at short notice it was no trouble at all to get an alternative date. Overall an excellent experience

I'm on a monthly contract with ideal and don't have to worry about my boiler. They sevice it yearly and the engineer is very polite. There is no mess no fuss. Very professional

Our heat pump was installed by a company who could no longer offer a support. We had an issue with it, and I notified Ideal. They sent an engineer and the problem was sorted - excellent service.

It was nice to sort my problem via a phone call. The engineer came within two days of my call to Ideal. (This I assured them was fine as they offered to look for something sooner). The work was done quickly and efficiently. The part was covered by warranty.
