Proceed with caution - Ideal Home Estates…

Our experience with Ideal Home Estates Ltd has been very disappointing.

Communication has been poor and important follow ups were repeatedly missed. Requests for basic tenancy and management information were not handled properly, and when issues were raised, we did not receive the level of transparency or professionalism we expected from a managing agent.

Overall, the handling of the property created unnecessary stress and delay.

I would strongly advise other landlords to make sure they have full written records, clear terms, and regular oversight if using this agency.
