The 3 chaps that came were very polite and did the job professionally and proficiently, no mess at all and were done within 4 hours. They are a credit to the company. I would certainly recommend the company if asked.

I was very happy with the service, where I had a new loft hatch cut in.
Upon assessment my first choice of ladder wouldn't fit in the limited joist space available but the team found a viable alternative and I am very happy with the end result. Even worked out a bit cheaper!

Great work and really polite guys who did the job. They completed the loft ladder fitting quicker than they had said so I was very pleased.

Full day of non stop work gave us a nice brand new wooden loft ladder, an oversight by Pete and ourselves resulted in the smoke alarm not being refitted but this doesn't detract from the delight we have with our new ladder!! When we decide, we will get them back to create a better storage space for us in the loft by boarding it properly

Great service and very friendly. Ery patient to talk through what we need several time. Excellent keeping in touch by the office, with reminders sent of when the workmen would show up. Very reasonable as they only charge for what they used on the day too - our space was smaller than estimated so it ended up being less than we had thought. Very friendly workmen and office. Space itself also looks very well finished, and we have been able to keep our insulation

The tradesmen completed the work swiftly, explaining to us upon arrival what was possible and how the works would be carried out. They completed the work in about half a day / just before lunchtime, and then gave an induction at the end about how to use the loft ladder and gave us an opportunity to check their work before signing off. Lovely, polite gentlemen who took very good care of the space they were working in, cleaned up well afterwards. They left us some architrave to fit around the new loft hatch as we weren’t sure if we wanted it flush or not. Really thoroughly pleased with the work, would absolutely recommend. A* service.
