The whole experience was a total mess
The whole experience was a total mess. I made 2 sets of orders, and the first delivery came with items that i never ordered. How can you get the order reference right but send different items. Everything was wrong. I spent most of my free days contacting customer service who tried to make a fool out of me and pretended like he could. Not understand me correctly. After speaking to too many customer care personal and after wasting my precious free day on the phone, finally the order came.
The other order which costed more, never arrived. I made hundreds of complaints as well and finally spoke to a customer care representative who said that he would process a refund of my money, i never got a confirmation about funds reimbursement, and until now, my money is not returned and no items arrived. I jus wish my mo ey back, because it has caused me only money, my sanity and time following up my orders which never arrived to me. This whole experience is a robbery of time, money, and sanity. From the one order i received, i ordered a screen guard which did not last a whole day of used, was already chipped and broken. And my phone was just in my bag.
Never again, and please send my money back!
Horror experience! Designs of products are nice, but not really protecting my phone. After 3 days, i just bought a new case and a new screen guard that would really protect my phone, and deliver what my hard earned money has paid for.
-10 experience!

The case is well made and looks super. I‘m not very happy with the magnetic pocket as it it just for one card designed. If I put two cards then it is too much. I would find a solution to put in more cards.
