Return policy is an unfunny joke,
I ordred Iphone X case, got Iphone 11 case becouse it s "universal" size, i ve seen that there is Iphone X case avaible, i tried to return it, chose the "easy return option" (easy my ass).
As i understant the cost of return shipping wil be deducted from what i paid, i didn t recived any return label as i should. So i basicly had 14 days to get the lablel (whith i did not recived even after 4 days) or contact the company (don t even try, it s impossible).
The case itself was "chineese" quality whith is another unfunny joke from the IDEAL OF SWEDEN company. I think i can consider my money as lost or thrown away.At the end i am stuck with useless Iphone 11 case that i don t even know or have how to return.
RETURN POLICY IS THE MOST TWISTED AND COMPLICATED RETURN POLICY THAT I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD QUALITY CASE WITH WARANTY FROM A FRIENDLY COMPANY , DON T EVEN THINK ABOUT PURCHASING ONE FROM IDEAL OF SWEDEN.
If anyone from Ideal of sweden is accually reading this, please tell me when will i gey my DHL "easy" return label.

Worst refund service ever!
We returned two items from Christmas but were not refunded automatically. One month later we contacted support to ask why. They told us that the refund would be sent however we only received refund from one of the items. We contacted support again second time and are still waiting for the money. So unsatisfying and really bad service! We will never buy anything from your website or recommend it to anyone.

The absolute worst experience ever.
The absolute worst experience ever.. :(( Stay away from this company. They will ship you broken/unusable products and then make it impossible to get a replacement or a refund. I ordered five wireless chargers in December: three of them did not work, and the remaining two only work sometimes (they charge very inconsistently and make a weird noise).
Instead of just replacing them (they are not even that costly) or simply refunding them (I have sent countless videos to show the issues, etc.), the company has dragged out the process to become the biggest hassle and worst ordeal. They hope you give up, and it has succeeded, because I have not given up trying, because it is not worth the time and frustration dealing with them. Such awful products, followed by such awful customer service. :((( Beware.

This happens too often, and I’m so disappointed. They don’t always send you everything you order either. The items aren’t very good quality either, and they are overpriced.
