I ordered the wrong size cell phone case/wallet and am having difficulty with the return process. Please advise ASAP on how to proceed. I filled out a form saying that I’d have a response within 2-3 business days - still nothing.

Charger I bought was advertised as compatible with iPhone 12, but it’s not. Terrible return policy - 14 days even at the holidays and with delayed shipping due to COVID. Got this as a gift for my mother and she can’t use it or return it.

Never received my order. Customer service is disorganized and took weeks to get back to me.

My order was filled and shipped promptly. I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived so quickly. Great shopping experience.

I bought two cases for my boyfriend's niece. The phone case she originally picked out from another place looked cheap. I wanted to surprise her with a better quality case but I had her pick two out. You really can't pick one!! She is so happy to have them and said the quality is so much better!

Phone already fell in street and case has 2 broken corners and my screen cracked....

It’s a scam. They claim their products are designed and made in Sweden but it’s pure dropshipping. Their exact products can be found on Aliexpress for about 1 dollar. They also use shady discount methods on their website to make you believe 50% off is a good deal when in fact they use cookies to remove the discount once you’ve purchased (but other devices still have it). I have all the screenshots to prove it so no need to comment saying I must have made a mistake. How they’re still doing business is beyond me!

The moment I saw the iPhone case I ordered I was mesmerized and I wanted it so badly, but it was out of stock. It took awhile but it was finally in stock and I was so excited, but I had already bought another case so it wasn't time to get the one from Ideal of Sweden. I decided to take the plunge and buy the case from Ideal a couple of weeks ago and when it was delivered I couldn't contain my excitement that it was finally here, the case I've been wanting since February. Then my excitement turned to sadness because it's not what I expected. I got the marble jade case and I thought the gold parts of the case were more glittery, or at least more shimmery. They weren't. They don't really stand out at all as they do on the website. The case on the website is breathtaking, as far as an iPhone case goes, but what I got was not. It's beautiful, just not as omg gorgeous as I had anticipated. Totally bummed.

There’s no place transfer to Saudi Arabia.

There was no mention of the fact that the phone cases do not allow for wireless charging. I have tried reaching out to the claims department and have not heard back. I also live chatted a customer service specialist who was of no help and was rude and not understanding of the issue. I will not purchase from this company again and do not recommend it to other! The company does not care about my situation and is not offering help or a refund!
