Thank You iDealshare.. At 86 and Handicapped, I have limited activity. One of my pastimes is to download old classic movies. The downside was, because of the format, I had to watch them on my laptop. Then I discovered VideoGo 6. Now I can reformat them and put them on a USB stick and watch them on my Big Screen TV. This software is easy to navigate and reasonably priced. *****
It works great whatever in convering, playing or the basic video and audio editing
I purchased their software OVER AYEAR AGO for the very specific purpose of converting some RED camera files my Mac wouldn’t read. Within a week, after a few emails back and forth with support, it was determined that the software wouldn’t do what I needed it to do, so I requested a refund. NOT ONLY DID I NOT GET A REFUND, and never heard back from them, but THIS year, my card was charged for an automatic renewal.
We downloaded this software to convert .n3r files, because an article on their website indicated that it could do that. After we downloaded the software, it would not convert the .n3r files. We asked for a refund and they refused.

Do you mean it become unregistered? If so, would you like to provide your order number and the computer system Mac and Windows?
Two days ago, my computer died and I lost my registration info for iDealshare VideoGo software. I contacted the company, their customer service representative was on top of the issue and got me what I needed fast. I've been using this software for over a year now and I'm happy with it!
I am using Idealshare Video Go for converting my camera videos from *dav to *.mp4. The tool does a perfect work, very useful. Therefore I can highly recommend this tool.
