This is the first time I have used Ideal Stencils and I found the service excellent. I send my initial enquiry and Marcus Thorpe responded to my request within a couple of hours. He provided all of the information I requested and made suggestions and send samples and proofs of the stencils I was enquiring about. I placed my order, made the payment through PayPal and I received my order within a few days.
