I bought a king size quilt cover, it was 7ich too big, this is far to big for king size quilt, ideal textiles was not exchanging or refunding me,

If you need to return an item, make sure you use tracked/signed for delivery. Unfortunately I didn't, and when I returned a cushion cover, they claimed they never received it. I emailed them with proof of posting. I accept packages can get lost in transit, but in all the years of using Royal Mail I have never had an item go missing. I suspect they have the item but have not processed the refund.

Very disappointed! I bought this duvet set for the nostalgia! Sadly the colours of the bedding are completely different to those in the advert! Needless to say the nostalgia wasn’t there!!!

Ordered a flanalet duvet cover and pillow set which arrived as promised, but that is it as far as this company goes.
The quality is extremelly poor, within a few days of use the material had shed white fluff everywhere and the bobbling was as if set had been used for a year!
I contacted by email and I got a AI bot response saying to submit a return request. The next day I received a reply saying the shedding and bobbling was a natural process of this material. They clearly just want to take your money and run, with no regard for aftersales care or repeat business.
Avoid this company at all costs unless you like throwing money away.

Ordered a sample it never arrived - couldn't chase because of their rubbish AI bot. So relieved when saw the reviews that I didn't get the sample and order!

I would have given 5 stars up to when I had to do a return, but they have let themselves down but failing to give me a refund. If you email you just get an AI response, no human contact at all. I've chased 3 times and nothing so far. I'm still waiting and its been a month, even though they say refunds are paid in 10 days. Happy to upgrade the stars if they pay me!

I cannot recommend Ideal Textiles enough. The bed sets, I purchased are lovely and very reasonably priced. I had a small problem with one of the pillowcases which was swiftly replace by a new pair.

I ordered some cushion covers from this company,2 were perfect 4 we're all faulty I contacted them to return the items and they said they would send me replacements and a return note for the faulty ones,well....I'm still waiting for my replacements they told me they had been delivered to my local post office at my request after visiting my post office several times they have not arrived, I contacted them again and they said Dpd had them,I have now contacted Dpd and they say the parcel was not shipped it was booked but not shipped and they don't have them,what a palaver over 4 cushion covers,i have contacted them again and guess what no response and the telephone number is not taking calls what a surprise, so I have no cushion covers and no refund I suggest you shop elsewhere and save yourself the hassle, if goes right you're lucky if it doesn't you have little chance of getting either your money back or replacements, another con of a company

I ordered a pair of curtains from this site. I placed the order on a Friday afternoon, it was dispatched on the Monday and arrived on the Wednesday. I'm very pleased with the curtains and the service. I'm truly sorry to see that some people have had bad experiences with this company but my experience was very good, and I would buy from them again.

Theye were really helpful. Didnt have a cushion cover colour I wanted the gentleman I spoke to on phone was really helpful. Checked the warehouse for me and rang me back the same day. Offered me a replacement or refund. Would definitely shop here again.

This is a 5 star company ,you get your order within the week,and the quality is fantastic, would definitely recommend and use this company again,thank you for such good service.

Excellent curtains in a pattern I couldn’t find anywhere else. Great quality and thermal blackout linings at a low price. I have recommended this company to a friend. The curtains took a week to arrive but I wasn’t in a hurry and I received a nice email to acknowledge order and this was followed up with tracking details when it was despatched

Was a bit apprehensive due to reviews but I ordered a duvet set from them. Item arrived and was as described. Only complaint is that there are a few tiny marks but I suspect these are from the production of the set and nothing nasty.

Awful company and awful customer service. Ordered 2 duvet sets before Christmas which did not arrive in the time frame promised. Then only 1 turned up. I contacted the company who said they would send the other set out but again 2 weeks later and it still had not arrived. There was no update or correspondence from the company or any type of apology. I had to keep contacting them as they did not reach out to me and in the end I decided to get refund which again was not easy. The customer service was shocking and after reading the reviews below I am shocked they are still in business. I would urge people not to order from this company!

Really disappointed with this business. I ordered some pillows and a throw that were advertised and pictured as Sage Green. When they arrived they were not that colour but more minty blue. They were not as described or shown. They allowed me to return them but I was charged £5. I think this was really unfair and wish I had read their reviews first before ordering. I contacted them a few times but they put it down to my preference in shade, not the fact that their picture on the website has been altered to reflect a colour they are not. I then only got refunded for the throw and had to chase them for the remainder of the cushions (that were packed in the same box). They did rectify this but said it was my fault for only ticking the throw to go back despite various emails about the incorrect colour. Surely they would’ve have seen 4 big cushions in the box when it was returned! Would not use again.

Order bedding and received an email on the 18 December 2024 saying the order was dispatched. It's now the 2 January 2025 still not received the ordered goods. Have requested tracking number but have not received any reply. No one answers their phone either. Rubbish Company
