I’ve never ordered online and have always gone to the store in Brooklyn to purchase but due to covid19 I chose to order online. I received all the items I ordered in a timely manner. The only problem was the school uniform pants I ordered aren’t the formal school uniform ones used by the students but it appeared as they were on the website and so i ordered them. I’ll have to Return and/or exchange for the right ones.Otherwise the order was correct and all the items had the emblem of the school as pictured online. I ordered overall 20 items ranging from skirts, shirts long and short, sweatpants, tee shirts and uniform pants. The quality and care of these items shipped were great. I would give 5 stars however because of the confusion of the uniform pants shown on the website, I’ll give 4 stars.

The uniforms were delivered in a very timely fashion, it actually arrived a week earlier. The quality is very good. The items do run small, and customers should consider going up a size or two.

The website emptied out my cart multiple times. It was not clear if the shirts have the emblem on it. Also there was a problem checking it out my order on hold.

I will admit my first experience with ordering online was not pleasurable. When I left a poor review I was immediately contacted by Tezinsh and he was professional, understanding and truely cared about making the situation right. I received all my child's school uniform on time even though there was an alert at checkout that some of my items might have delayed shipment for 3-4 weeks. They arrived clean and brand new in less than one week. I am very pleased with my purchase. This was my first time purchasing school uniform online from this company and I must say that I am very impressed, and will definitely buy more stuff online from them in the near future.

Ideal called us on a Sunday to ensure that they had the order correct and got it to us fast. The clothing looks great and is durable.

The embroidery wasn't well done on two of my items. The stitching on the words wasn't a clean look.

The winter is coming and children’s gym uniforms should be sweatpants not shorts.

I ordered on-line & my order was correct & everything in the box was nicely folded & put together.

I order these mask that said 1 to 3 business days and it has been been over 2 weeks and still have not received them. I email your customer service and all I got back was that ups problem not ours. I did not feel like a valued customer after that. I dont believe I will order from this company again

I think there needs to be not so many emails. The person or person should call the client. I have read some really bad reviews please don't do me that way.

I have loved all the mask from Ideal Uniforms. Purchased kids and adult mask. Have purchased at 3 different times. Customer service is great also.

Still havnt received my order it said 3-5 business days to ship ,its been a couple weeks and I still havnt even got an email saying it has shipped , nor have I received my order . if I knew it was gonna take this long I could've just went to a local store and bought a couple masks.
