I liked the selection. This is my first purchase so I hope the color is accurate. I Lso hope the wig looks natural.

I was able to order the wig that I wanted with little or no problem. I was able to use a discount and there was no shipping. That was a plus!

I bought wigs for my sister and she loves them! We tend to have larger heads so I got the large size, lace top (180% thickness) and she said it felt light and airy but was full coverage. she loved how soft the hair was, that the hairline looks natural and didn't cost a fortune.

It was easy to find something I think will work. I have worn wigs for over 60 years and not found one I like 100 percent. Still looking maybe I will find at your company. It would be nice if there more colors ho choose from.

Received message from USPS. My order will not be delivered due to counterfeit postage. Only recompense I might have is via my fialnancial institution. Out $189.

It was easy place the order.
I didn't have to call for help.

The reply to my e-mail question about requesting a pre-cut for my lace front wig was not clear. The reply simply stated that you can make this request when you order the wig. I placed the order, but it did not tell me exactly how to order, or request a pre-cut service for my wig order. The order form does not indicate anywhere on the form a place to make this request.

The process was fairly simple

The ability to customize the wig, cap size, hair fullness, etc. The styles were different, fashionable, eye catching and classy.

The fact that you have size small, I have control over the amount of hair, your return policy, & shipping time made me try you out. Fingers crossed.

Love the hair, easy to manage. I was able to wash it and it went right back to look as it came out the box. Very please with this hair.
Would definitely recommend!

Halloween Colors
I have ordered from them before and have had great experiences. Unfortunately, my most recent purchase has been disastrous. I received a wig that was dark black at the top and orange blonde at the bottom. It looks so fake and not at all what I had ordered. I left them a voice message and email letting them know that I was sent the wrong wig and want to return it and replace it with the correct wig. They did write me back the following day and asked me to send 3 pictures from various angles and a picture of the lace. I then called again and wrote another email letting them know, that I literally just received the wig yesterday, called immediately since it was the wrong wig, haven't worn it and packaged it back in the box. I just need instructions on how to return and replace it. They have yet to respond, but I'll give it some time. This rating is due to the lack of understanding of my request.

Ease of ordering and entering the discount code. Just hoping the wig fits and is good quality.

I'm not sure what credit card they used. The two they had I don't have them anymore. I did add a card, but still I'm not sure if that is the one that was charged.

They lie and tell you 3- 8 working days yet it takes forever for one to receive the order. Well,it’s been 15 days l have not received mine.

I got the wig and it does not look at all like what was advertised. I took one look at it and knew that I did not like. I immediately asked to return it and the flat out refused. On their site it says 30 day return policy. They offered me 40% off my next purchase or $25 refund. The wig costs $208. I do not recommend them at all.

Love the hair and over the years I have great service. For someone that has to wear a wig 365 days a year the wigs whole up very well, no problems. For someone that has a smaller head they work with me and I love that.

I ordered a wear & go wig from Idefine wigs. I received the wig, tried it on, didn't change anything just in case I wanted to return it. I didn't really like it. Per their instructions I emailed them for return authorization. First they tried to talk me into keeping it, then after a couple more emails they send the return instructions and address of where to send it back. What they don't tell you on their site is you have to mail it back (at your expense) to somewhere in CHINA!!! So not only did the wig not look like the pictures, it didn't seem that well made, and now they want me to send it back to China at my expense! I WILL NEVER BUY A WIG FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!!!!!
