The tags are great quality. More importantly, the customer service is exemplary. I made a mistake in the text for our tags. Entirely my mistake. However, Julie went above and beyond to rectify my mistake. Good to see that great customer service still exists 👍

I dont generally score 5 Stars but my experience here was so good I broke my usual rule.
Prompt turnaround, good value. The lettering on the substantial tag betters any I have had previously, especially those engraved in pet shops. Even the ring to attach the tag to the collar looks comfortingly strong. I wasn't given a link to write a review, I was so pleased I thought I'd make the effort.

I have run several mail order supply companies in my working life. If any of them had reached the standard of Identitag, I would have been very pleased.

Good products supplied promptly and efficiently with excellent updates and information throughout.

They took the trouble to check and find that the phone number I had asked for was short of a digit. Came back to me and I was most pleased to correct it.
I now have the tags and it's a great product . Heavy bradd with clear distinct lettering.

Absolutely love the ID tag we got for our dog. Great quality, writing requested to be engraved on there was perfect & arrived fairly quickly. All round great service & would highly recommend!

I have a wee white dog and was dismayed to find the metal tag on her collar was staining her fur black. I googled for help and someone linked to Identitag I ordered a tag and within a couple of days I got my new plastic tag. It is a nice size, the engraving is clear and it looks lovely on my dog. It looks a high quality tag and I am thrilled with it.

This is an outstanding company to deal with, so friendly and incredibly efficient. I've dealt with them on more than one occasion and the customer service is top-drawer. I had an error in my recent order and the full order was replaced, no questions asked.

This is where I go to anytime I want more tags for the cat - he has a habit of losing his collar so I need plenty spare!
