Offered 1 year of monitoring and insurance as part of a data breach settlement. This company is a joke! The website does not function with DUCKDUCKGO or SAFARI. There is no way to LOG OUT other than just closing browser. Site chat bot tried to send me to a different URL to log in????? Today I have been on hold for customer service for an hour with two different customer service numbers.

Scam company. Don't sign up for this service even if your hospital says it's free.

THEY ARE PART OF A GROUP OF DATA COLLECTORS AS WELL. THEY WORK UNDER PRIVACY DEFENCE PER THE BBB, LOOK AT THE BBB, TRUST PILOT, YELP, AND GOOGLE REVIEWS. THEY WONT TELL YOU THEIR LOCATION BUT I GOT IT. BUT HERE IT IS ANYWAY. THEY ARE LOCATED IN FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA UNDER A PO BOX. THAT WAY YOU CAN FIND SOOO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THESE POS. GO TO A REAL COMPANY THROUGH THE BUREAUS THEMSELVES. THEY CARE CHEAPER AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT SUCK.

Hundreds of millions of people were given memberships to this POS company to “monitor your credit score for discrepancies” after the data breaches one being Capital One. THEY ARE BY LAW SUPPOSED TO BE MONITORING MY CREDIT BUT INSTEAD DELETED MY ACCOUNT my biggest time in needED HELP. NICE OF THEM HUH? credit help, they dropped the ball plus cancelled my membership. NEVER EVER USE THEM FOR ANY SERVICES!!!
