Special characters on labels
I needed to order name labels for my sons school equipment and stationary. Our surname has an apostrophe and the online form wouldn’t allow this to process. I contacted ID through my account and they replied almost immediately. The offered a solution which was to make the order without the apostrophe and they would fix it up after. once I advised them the order had gone through they immediately confirmed the correction had been made. The speed of reply each time was very much appreciated and is the best service I have received from a company for some time, as well as being polite and courteous in their engagement. I have yet to receive the labels but look forward to them being correct.
