Rep was pleasant but didn't have an answer. Said he would escalate and, because it was before the holiday weekend, advised that they would not be able to get back to me until the following week. They never did.

I had accidentally deleted the contents of my USB dongle and Paul L. patiently and professionally guided me through the several complicated steps to make the device ready to accept the new certificate. He then ensured the new certificate was resent within twenty-four (24) hours.

The digital certificate is intended to validate the authenticity of signed and sealed documents. We have a landscape architecture firm and both my husband FL#884) and myself (FL#1533) are registered landscape architects in Florida, both listed as principals of HS2G. The certificate only allows one name, so we used Pete's name, however, I manage the office and I do ALL the signing and sealing, always. IF your website was working this issue would not have even arisen. I believe your support person is incorrect in her interpretation of the intended purpose of the certificate. It is NOT intended to validate my husband's identity, only the validity and authenticity of our product, the drawings we submit for permit. I was hoping to avoid the cumbersome process of creating a new certificate and having it validated due to convenience; however, your tech support was less than helpful, and the certificate does not work well with the new version of adobe. going with a different company.

Thank you for your response, however since your customer support was downright rude and disrespectful we have found company that works better for our needs. The time to explain that passed when she did not tell me that a certificate could be issued in my name. Further, she told me on the phone that she would be suspending our certificate in 2 weeks, and my husband got an email later the same day cancelling our cert. Very unprofessional! I suggest your customer support needs some work. :(

Signing documents in large volumes is almost impossible. It is very time-consuming, and most of the signatures do not get validated.

The representatives were very knowledgeable, patience, professional, took ownership of the call and made sure I positive results in the end of the call.

This company is extremely helpful everytime I’ve had to contact them. A real human always answers the phone with very short wait time. They are always more than willing to help answer any questions and are very knowledgeable and friendly. Will use again and recommend them to others.

Identrust is the most confusing and hard portal to go around, it seems like I am on a maze. not even the IRS portal is this hard. one thing is the safety the portal must have due to the nature of the content, but just making you go in circles is not convenient. we have to go through and comply with too many steps already to become a RON, which is perfectly understandable, but if we/I have a simple question, forget it.

Read the fine print. The Proof platform would no longer allow any digital certificate to be used other than a Proof certificate. I paid for 3 years to Identrust a few days ago and they will not refund me. Perhaps this company should speak with Proof, like I did, to verify that they do not support this digital certificate any longer. I have it in writing if needed. This was a renewal from a couple of years ago, so I didn’t read the fine print.
