Fantastic service. I ordered late and it was delivered in person to my front door the next day.

Overall I lost 6lbs which was amazing. I loved the meals and the soups but I was not a fan of the smoothies (but that is just personal choice) and I will definitely be ordering again.

What Sue has created in I detox is just amazing, I am now on my 2nd detox this year and I feel so much better in myself. I am 1.5 stone down and i woulndt have been able to do this without the detox plan

Hey there! Just wanted to let you know how things went last week! First of all thank you for your help at the start and recommending the plan that would be best suited to me. From day 1, I felt so much more energised, my sleep quality went through the roof, and I generally felt amazing. Was fully functioning at work, working out twice a day with no negative effects on my performance. The effects are still evident too. This weekend I went out with my girlfriend for nice, larger, and frankly more decadant meals and whereas I might usually expect to feel full up and sluggish after such things I still felt really good. On top of all that from Sunday evening when I weighed. To Friday evening after my last idetox meal, I had lost 5kg, again with no effect on performance or loss in muscle tissue, evident from skin calipers and bio-electrical impedance tests. On top of all this, I never felt unreasonably hungry and all of the products were absolutely delicious. And that's coming from someone who is an extremely fussy eater. Will definitely be doing the same detox again in the future and trying out other plans where appropriate. 5 stars and thank you so so much for your help!

This is the second detox I have used from Sue. Excellent customer service.. always a message away for any questions. The flavour in the soups is unreal and the juices are just amazing. My mind has been clear..my mood has been so good and the energy levels are high. If you need a kick up the butt and to see how you can feel eating healthy very simply then definitely go for this.

Wonderful kick start to the new year. Im trying to do two days a week after doing five days. Its not so much losing weight its how you feel. No bloating, skin looks amazing , more energy. Definitely waist going inwards not outwards!! No sugar cravings either in fact when you think “im having a biscuit” your body almost loathes the sugar. Definitely keeping this going.

Just completed the meal plan detox and loved it. I really enjoyed having a meal in the evening rather than soup and I think it helped me stay on track. I lost 6lbs so very happy with that. I did have a few sticks of celery and an apple to finish my evening meal. I don't think I drank enough water although I had copious cups of lemon and ginger tea. A bonus to the weight loss is my tummy feels much more settled than it did. Thank you so much Sue.

Delicious juices, shots, soups and meals. Really pleasant experience doing this cleanse. It was much easier than I thought it was going to be and I loved not having to plan what I was eating each day. I would definitely recommend and would do this again.

I’ve completed the 5 day smoothie detox and lost half a stone, very pleased with the results. The food and smoothies are very tasty, had no issues with the smoothies, overall very pleased, would wholeheartedly recommend! Have already purchased the juice cleanse as well!

Thanks Sue I tried the 5 day detox and loved it ,I was never hungry . The shots and juices left me feeling revitalised and I lost 7lbs which was a bonus . I suffer with tummy trouble and this helped to put me back on track ,I will definitely be trying more .

I love the new meal detox plan. I experienced all the benefits of the other plans but really looked forward to the meal which is super tasty and filling! And I lost 6lb! Thank you Sue and Andre for helping so many people in their quest for better health and weight loss

Idetox are just amazing. So many different options to choose from to detox your body and a bonus is loosing weight too. They taste lovely and are filling. Polite and helpful advice is always at hand.

Just soooo tasty delicious juices, meals and soups . I was shocked to how full of flavour, quality of the ingredients is . It has made this detox so much easier than other things I have tried before. The inflammation in my body (bad knee ) has totally gone . I am coming back for more . Definitely going to do this again .I can't recommend enough . The service is amazing too . Morning Sue.
Just finished my 5 days Detox meals, juices and shot. Absolutely astounded by how delicious and filling both the soups and meals were.
I had a carrot and 2 celery sticks each day either as a snack when I was hungry or with my lunch.
I drank hot water with lemon every morning and evening, at least 3 litres of water everyday and as it was so cold I had green tea.
I lost 8.2lbs and a total of 8 inches.
I was only really hungry the 1st day by the 3rd day I didn't feel any hunger pangs.
I definitely recommend this detox and will be ordering it again.

I chose the 5-day Regular juice and soup cleanse upon a recommendation from a family member. I have just completed it and cannot rate it highly enough. I feel clearer and cleaner - from Day 5, some friends and work colleagues commented on how my skin looked ‘glowing’ (always lovely to receive compliments!). I have lost 7.8lbs which is a bonus. The 5-days is a real and thorough detox and cleanse so you need to be committed! I didn’t feel hungry at any time but did include some Broccoli and Carrots with my evening soup, mainly to lengthen the eating time as we eat as a family. At no point did I have the desire to cheat - even during the family dinner!! I feel so much better and so keen to stay feeling this way that I have already ordered my next 5- day detox and I can’t wait to do it all again!!!

I have just completed the Ultimate Meal Detox which is 1 smoothie, 2 juices, 1 soup and 1 meal each day for 5 days.
I have ME/CFS, am perimenopausal and struggle with all sorts of issues including bloating, chronic urticaria, anxiety and low mood and I really struggle to lose weight.
I have done both the Regular and the Summer Detox before and although I have really enjoyed the smoothies and soups, lost weight and inches and had relief from some of my symptoms on those, I have found them a struggle and felt hungry and extra tired.
I decided to try the Ultimate Meal Detox as I wanted to see if this would be a gentler way for me to detox. I am so glad I did. I have been amazed at the results. I have lost over 9lbs and soo many inches! but more importantly for me, I have energy, my anxiety has lessened, my skin has calmed and I feel the most 'normal ' I have felt in years.
The meals are so tasty and I don't know whether it's psychological or because I need the extra calories and nutrition because of my ME/CFS (a combination of both i think), but having a meal in the evening has made all the difference. I haven't felt hungry at any point, have had no desire or need to top up and I have honestly really enjoyed the whole week and was a bit sad to finish it! It has felt like a real treat for my body.
