We used Northern Environmental for an EPC survey on one of our properties, ahead of letting. Iain was thorough and communicative throughout the process and attended to survey within a couple of days. The EPC report and certificate followed within 24 hours. All in all a great service, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I rang Northern Environmental in the morning and Iain came back to me straight away and had us booked in for the EPC the same day. He explained everything about the process prior to the visit.
